To be fair, Batman is a part timer in the Justice League. He’s already got enough on his plate with Gotham’s issues.
I mean, it was kinda BS. As the JL series went on, they did establish that almost all the Leaguers for the most part still operated solo, while still tending to League business. Even Bruce Timm was like, "Yeah, he's a 'part timer', but he's in like 90% of the episodes" or something lol. Just something that they had to loosely maintain for continuity because "Batman Beyond" established Bruce not joining the JL full-time.

Batman Long Halloween was good. Flashpoint was great. Justice League Dark was really good. The two animated movies about the Suicide Squad were good. I liked Justice League Doom. The ones with Matt Ryan as Constantine are good

Remember: In the DCAU continuity, Batman was a "part-timer" (working full-time hours lol). He basically gave himself an out to be like, "y'all fucking up. I'm out." LOL. The cut to "You want me to what?!" is sitll one of my favorite moments from the show lol. And when he hangs up on the League, Wonder Woman is just like: "That actually went better than I thought it would."

In Batman's defense, Gotham is full of messed-up criminals that he has to take care of. So him not having time for the Justice League makes sense.

@@proto245 in this case, when the common people are scared, it's best to show them you mean no harm by willingly doing something that you might not necessarily have to, but choose to do.
Batman was right about Lex and Brainiac having a plot, but someone had to actually show the U.S. Government that the league was not the bad guys, J'onn's word simply wasn't enough anymore...and J'onn had been reassuring all season to no merit when he should have been believed...because Martian Manhunter isn't exactly as widely known name as say Superman, Flash, Green Lantern, Batman, Hawkwoman, Aquaman or Wonder Woman in this continuity.
In Superman and Wonder Woman's eyes...this is preventing another "Starcrossed" and if Superman and Wonder Woman do so first...then everyone else will do so because "if they're willing to step aside in times of fear, so can we"...Batman doesn't seem to realize that they were trying to prevent more fear from occuring, because he runs on that stuff and was probably glad that the public was afraid of the league...and like Clark said once "Bruce isn't always right", and the majority of the league sides with him and Diana most of the time...especially the lantern corps when they actually do this sort of stuff concerning legality and morality both out in space...and this whole thing was actually Wally's example that Diana, John and Clark picked up on anyway.

Deep cut!) and even did the Batman voice at the end. He's a great addition to the show, always has been but it's my first time commenting just to give him his due. What's he do otherwise? Is he a comedian or a comedy writer?
Billy brooks is an actor. And his older brother is one too. In fact, his brother played Jax in the recent Mortal Kombat movie a few years ago. Either way, he's one of the best aspects of double toasted hands down.
From what I've picked up I think he's a theatre actor and professional dancer (once said he's done professional dance for 25 years). He's also done some voice work

That was Kevin Conroy at his absolute BEST!
Best episode was when he got captured and straight manipulated the villains. Seduces Cheetah knowing they were on camera. Tricked Grundy into fighting Ultrahumanoid. Tricked Grundy again into giving him water so he could short circuit his containment. Then when the Justice League arrived it made Lex paranoid and made everyone think Cheetah snitched. Turns out Batman paid Ultrahumanoid more than Lex. The only smart person in that group was Joker. He told them straight up to kill Batman because he will escape. No one listened to Batman's primary villain.
The Justice league gets mind controlled every other month.
