I would be sitting in a park homeless because I would have spent all my money on books in your store if I lived in your city, and country. What a good writer you are, and what an enthusiastic book seller, and just very decent human being.

Funnily enough, I read On Beauty for the first time this week! I really enjoyed it. So much to think about in it, too, as well as pure enjoyment.

Okay, sounds weird, I'm watching this on July 19th, and it was probably about July 8th or 9th I pulled this book from my shelf and started reading. I'll finish it this weekend, and YES! it's been the perfect novel for right now.

This is a fun book. "She had only this brief glimpse of him, but Kiki suspected already that this would be one of those familiar exchanges in which her enormous spellbinding bosom would play a subtle (or not so subtle, depending on the person) silent third role in the conversation."

Thank you - I’m going to order both of these books. The comment regarding people who can be smart, biting, funny and mean really hit home with me. I’m going on 73 and I’m going to seriously work on dialing back the mean and ramping up the kind. Who says this old mare can’t change?

I will get that book. I am in a state of despair over the state of the nation. I also received a medical diagnosis that's going to change my life. DESPAIR
