Alex Wong we just really love your videos. We found you when Stace did his photo shoot with you guys and have been fans since. I forget to like the videos after we watch them so I will try to do better at that... but keep rocking on and sharing your awesome talents.
Can you make a video in 14 yrs old and recently started training tkd again after like 5 yrs and I'm good at sparring but my problem is the bigger guys more skilled that I find trouble with but when I get some hits on them they get mad so they come at me hard what should I do in these situations when a sparring partner gets mad how should I defend myself against all the crazyness they throw at me
angel melo I know what you mean, the best thing is to use a lot of footwork to avoid and get in counters when you can. More than likely they will tire out faster if they're really aggressive and crazy and will tend to get sloppy. But I am planning to do a video covering this soon :)
Hi! I was wondering if you could help me, I've trained in both taekwondo and Muay Thai for half a year and am roughly the same skill level in both. What particular pros and cons come with both arts and overall which one do you think I should do? Thanks! -Tej (8th kup taekwondo) (3 months Muay Thai experience)
Turn your hips over on the Thai kicks. I know TKD is different, but with Muay Thai you need that hip rotation, thats where the power comes from. Awesome training video though! :)
+Rickai85 I tend to do a mixture of TKD and Muay Thai on my roundhouses and not focus on turning my hips as much as I should, but Ill pay more attention to that. Thank you :)
I hope I didnt offend you with my comment. I just wasnt sure if you were given any advice. My trainer used to point out my flaws everytime I threw something wrong, so now I do my best to get it right haha Btw, I found you through Mr Fazen :) Great channel and looking forward to your future videos :D
No offense taken, I appreciate any feedback I can get. TKD is my main background so sometimes my technique tries to revert back to that. Shane is awesome! and thank you for checking me out :)
I studied with Kru Nop back in the day, he showed up three different round houses, cut kicks(like tkd roundhouse) for speed, Downward round houses and full round houses where you throw your hips all the way through.....Watch Some Thai fights they dont ALWAYS though the full round house kick.
Great,I love these training video.

What are you using on your foot? I have Morton's neuroma and get a shocking pain sometimes and wondering if that would help.
