Oh my god. I’m so glad you popped up in my feed. Your a hoot. Your creative flair is awesome. And your persona is instantly up lifting. You make me want to create right along with you. Thankyou. Your new subscriber Mel.
This messy script stencil isn't available in the UK so I have designed a series of my own using "stacked journaling" - I have yet to cut and test them. I laughed out loud when you explained about your mum’s favourite cereal bowl! Quite a lot of my kitchen stuff seems to have ended up in the studio. I lost my rolling pin for ages and a friend bought me a new one. Then I found the original one in my felt making box! I’ve taken a leaf out of your book and taken my silicone pastry brush up there as well! My hubby used to be terrible for pinching stuff from the kitchen out into the garage. When we were first married, I had a running battle with him over this. I drew the line at him pinching my measuring jug to drain sump oil into!!! After a while he did learn the lesson. Much more recently, I bought a high-end set of fabulous kitchen knives (my pride and joy - I adore chopping!) and caught him about to open a parcel with one of them. I managed to stop him in time and tell him this was Absolutely Verboten!! I told him I did not want an innocent kitchen knife to end up in a courtroom one day in a bag marked “Exhibit A.” I think he got the “on pain of death” message!
Happy for you in your new dwelling ...You are the best !!! Like your humour, your passionate delivery ! You make my day by bringing sunshine in this gloomy world !
I just came across this video randomly and immediately subscribed! I love your style and approach! “Because it’s fun!” And “I like fat art!” So good! I’m a fan already and I’ve been inspired to try some new things! And reminded how much I love fat art too and want to add some heavy gel to paint and stencil right now!
Just watched this and immediately knew that I had to subscribe - not something that happens very often! Your enthusiasm is infectious, and you have inspired me, a non-collage person, to try something new!
I couldn't find those "loo repair' circles in the US so I did this very thing -- cut circles out of that thin craft foam. Many sizes. The craft foam is perfect for longer-lasting masks.
Hi Froyle, I just wanted to stop in and say Hi! A few of my followers shared your channel with me when they noticed you from my community. I always like showing my support to artists who are inspired by my signature style! My tribe is always growing and thriving and I'm thrilled to see the beautiful work you have created as a result!
Thank you so much Robyn, I love your fabulous RUclips videos, I only found you a few months ago & felt an instant connection in style & approach to art making. I used your printables in episode 4 & acknowledged your influence 👍🏼 so much fun. I have a few more videos that I am going to make with your genius ideas! I hashtag them #followingrobyn haha! I just love it! I can’t wait to get my hands on your stencils! I really appreciate you taking the time to say hi, maybe we can connect some more with creative pursuits 😘 all the best, cheers Froyle

Your circle within a circle got my little brain working. What a CD work? It would be a smaller center but easy to paint over to get a print. My brain is on hyper mode. Please excuse if you get multiple comments. I am heavily caffeinated and you have been warned. Best wishes from Tennessee!
Love this!! I thought I’d seen all your sessions… don’t know how I missed this one but I think it’s one of my favorites! Just chock full of wonderful ideas!!
I love the old school ways! Sure there's always all the new stuff we can buy, but it's so fun to make something yourself without buying a new gadget to add to the clutter we already have. I buy the things I need, but I love making my own paper, or using "tools" from my kitchen, back yard or shed. Thank you so much. I am new to your channel and I'm really enjoying your style, and enjoying your creations. If we wanted the circles to last a bit longer, we could use plastic lids from food containers. Oh my gosh, you live in New Zealand?? It's the one place I'd love to go visit. I'm in the USA.
This is the first time I've watched one of your videos. I am totally hooked! LOVE your enthusiasm and style of teaching--and, of course, your playful creativity and the whole process you let us watch!
I am absolutely thrilled to have found your channel. Love your style and creativity. I just bought a Gelli plate and have learned so much from you. I am in Canada freezing right now but am spending my days learning from you and love your teaching style. Many many thanks!
Hey Froyle, how are you 😊. I am so glad that you got over being nervous about showing us your simple but effective ways of creating art. This video is very helpful and encouraging. Thank you so very much😊💜
Loved the whole session!! One of the cool things about these makeshift tools - by the way - is that it makes the technique accessible to those of us who live at the far edges of the capitalist empire... where Amazon doesn't have much in the way of art / craft supplies....

I love gel printing-but while I make ‘creations’ that excite my artistic soul, I also end up with some real stinkers that I hide in a portfolio, thinking, as you said, that perhaps I can make something out of them ‘sometime’. I’m truly excited to haul them out and trying your masking techniques on them (I’m much more a stencil person as opposed to masks-so I have a purchase or two in my near future.) OMG-tearing from the back-so much easier than having to keep in mind if I’m tearing the right way (I try to avoid white edges at all costs). ( I may be talking out of turn especially as a newbie [if so I apologize]-but it looks like some of Patti Tolley Parrish stencil designs at iStencils might possibly be right up your alley.) I’m still not quite done watching this video and I’ll have to backup due to my need to blather on, but I adore your artwork!
