what about OC, possession, compensations in case of delays, Maintance and other hidden charges?

Wrong project providing possession to buyer and RPS Auria received OC in Feb 2023 but price get revised. New price 80 Lac to 85 Lac
you wont electricity in RPS projects plus the DG backup prices are more than 26 ruppes per UNIT, if have doubt ask anyone in RPS savana.
if you add the tax , effective rate is more than INR 31
Is it mandatory to use DG backup during powercuts or can we install our own personal inverters?

@@shayanchakraborty5761 sure, try Puri, omaxe, these 2 have good reputation. You can try puri pranayam, it's good or spr imperia they are also good talk to some people living there and if at all possible move in with for rent first and once you like it go in then

Not yet, possession was due in 2017
OC Applied Possession in June 2022 as they committed.
