Thank you for sharing. I modeled along while watching, it' was fun to create a complete chain family. Very intriguing how it all comes together. Great video 👍
Great video as always, but can you please send me a link to a video showing how to apply it to a model and be able to edit the size of the chain. Thank you!
Amazing, .... had watched chain link tutorial before on different RUclips channel since then waiting for Balkan Architect to be made same tutorial now we have it with more clear and precise explanation obviously.... once again Amazing and beautiful..... waiting for its implementation tutorial ofcourse ..... Thank you .....
2 questions: 1- why transform the lines into Reference Lines: 2- The family of the individual chain links carry dimensions, so does the overall line of the chain, how one reconcile both dimensions, clearly the overall length of the chain has to be multiple of each chain link
Is it possible to fulfill the gap between the points with a most similar size of pipe, considering I'm working with specific sort of sizes (0.50m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m... 4.0m)? I mean... If I choose an start and an end with 3.27m length, would it be possible to put a 3.5m pipe centered between the points? And... if so, is it possible to calculate the material? Taking the same example as before, would Revit count it as 1 3.5m pipe?
Hello sir I have an issue regarding family type parameter in revit family using Manage lookup table. While using size lookup formula in family type parameter its showing in consistent unit
help! when i try to set the offsets the curved end lines move rather than the adaptive points and separate from the points they were drawn from, what am i doing wrong? @balkanarchitect
woah. you're so good that you start making tutorials of the unthinkable

Ya te andan copiando tus familias amigo BINHE
why he copy yours??? If he did, you deserve some respect.
Always love your tutorials
You are the only one who motivate me ❤
Wow, very brilliant!! Thanks for tutorial
Thanks so much for a very useful lesson
Wow very useful for architecture thank you

Amazing
Very usefull. Thank you!
What amazing way 😃👍
fantastic tutorial, wonder if steel wire rope lift rigging with eye thimble on each end can be done this way?
Поздновато, коллега. Десяток лет назад Алексей Борисов это сделал

Wondelfull, very helpfull
thanks
I watched your tutorial on strip lighting and it's very helpful and straight forward. But how can I get those photometric web files.
Nice!
Hello sir I have an issue regarding family type parameter in revit family using Manage lookup table.
While using size lookup formula in family type parameter its showing in consistent unit
Awesome, never used a adaptive family before. Is this avaiable for rvt 2022?
Yes It is always there
Is it possible to 3D print this chain?

Same
same
just make sure that every parameter is instance parameter
Even I got the same kind of problem. Even after I checked all parameters as instant parameter. Please help me out to solve this problem.
I loaded the links in and when I tried to change the rotation angle to 0.00° kept getting an error message.
I'm having this issue as well did you ever find a fix?
😎
why tho
