It was such a pain revising before biology tests because whenever I opened my textbooks I would fall asleep. I use this hack nowadays, I just find a free pdf of a book on any subject that I don’t understand the tiniest bit, and neither do I have the interest to learn about. I am sleeping great😂

For most of my life, I struggled with eating disorders and mental health challenges. Two years ago, I was officially diagnosed with ADHD (combined type) and started medication, which has been life-changing. I also began meditating last year and went through three years of counseling. While it’s been a long and challenging journey, I’ve made so much progress, and I finally feel like I’m close to finding balance. I just wanted to share this to encourage others-though the journey is tough, taking it slow and steady makes it possible. We can get there. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy New Year! ❤

" Acting as if " it's a very important effective strategy that stepped me into japanese language I was acting as if I can talk in Japanese I started writing and repeating daily life sentences and phrases, making simple sentences and read them out load Without realizing I became much more better in Japanese even though it's a very hard language to start with . But at that time I didn't realise anything about "acting as if" , I was just doing it. But now I do become more aware because of you ... and I will just keep doing it Thank you so much... Once I used to do consistently and I was confident about myself at that time but now due to overloaded with studies I am unable to exercise and not just this I lost most of my healthy habits and consequently got stress, depression, burdens, negative talks, self-esteem. This eventually led to low grades😢 Now, I am happy that I have realised ✨ I am going start first with exercise To those who are reading this ...... first prioritize your health and your worth second comes career or studing or whatever it is ❤❤❤

I've started to meditate again recently and noticed how negative my self talk tends to be. "I can't, I'm bad at this, I'm not enough". The tip I'd like to implement is to shift into more loving self talk. Treat myself like a dear friend. Show myself that success is possible even without constant criticism and more nurturing words 🙏🍀
