I am a Streamlight customer. I used a few of ur products for years. But I really got into ur products due to the You Tube channel called "Jungle Jay Adventures" to which I subscribe. Jay is a firm believer in ur product line & frequently extols ur virtues. I have purchased several Streamlight products due to his recommendations alone. Thanks & keep the good stuff coming!🔦
There is one issue with rechargable gear, if you have ever been in the field for a long duration you would know that it is nearly impossible to recharge gear, hence why most soldiers require gear with disposable batteries.
@@hehehefunny13 Just because a battery is rechargeable doesn’t mean that one will recharge it on the move in the field. Just swap out another 18650 battery, which has 4x more capacity than a AA, meaning less time changing batteries. Most operations are short and people return to base within a day. Soldiers need to sleep too.
@@hehehefunny13 Thanks for being receptive towards the idea 🙂 I agree that having multi-fuel options is ideal. So either with a swappable battery housing, or a different model with li-ion options would be nice to have.
I have a few streamlights ,my first was a polytac ,then the protac 1l-aa. Microstream ,and sidewinder boots great lights for quality and more budget friendly compared to surefire .I always recommend these lights to people but the one thing whichbis a turnoff for people is the cr123 battery type as it isn't readily available here in ireland but I do buy them in bulk from Holland ❤
I just bought two of your protac rail mount hl-x lights. I have to say the Light is actually very very good. But the pressure switch mounting system that it came with is grade F horrible and completely unreliable. The screws are too long and you have to grind them down so they don't scratch the finish on your rifle or poke the hell out of you and actually don't stay in place. Then the whole zip tie thing that just blew my mind because I'm not zip tieing anything unless absolutely necessary as well as the rubber boots that slip on each end and all of it just blew my mind that yall went with something that low-grade. The pressure switch itself looks real nice but what you all have Incorporated to mount it. Makes me feel like whoever designed it has never actually mounted a weapon like before or yall didn't care an was like good luck..
Bill we're sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with the mount. We will pass along feedback to our team, but if you wish to run anything by our customer service experts to see if they can help improve your experience- call them at 800-523-7488

AA and CR123 are archaic powering solutions. 18650/21700 with USB-C port would eliminate disposal batteries and increase runtimes through the roof.
we will send your feedback to our development team!

@@alexanderslee Ok, I agree with your point, as long as they keep the multi-fuel feature it will only benefit the user.

If the Sidewinder compact 2 were available in olive with green instead of blue LEDs, I would actually buy them. Greetings from Germany.

Why are those "operators" using braces on their ars? 😆
Bc sometimes op3r8rs have to op3r8 op3r8tionally across state lines.
