I will yell this from the rooftops, this meta is the most fun and versatile one since 2021, even the worst Dfe unit of the year is still a usable unit that just needs a team. We have Super saiyan, special pose, super hero, Buu saga (super and extreme) movies, Realm of gods/uni reps/T.o.P, super bosses etc
It 100% is.
I would argue it’s the healthiest meta the game has been in overall. It combines fun and strong releases with content that stays challenging and fun and varied and not just « there to give you a reason to summon ».

First time in forever that I've agreed with one of these top 10s, the only change I would make is swapping buuhan and the gammas but it's so close to my thoughts on it that I'm fine with it

Also I don't disagree with it at all, but the fact that base form PHY Gogeta and AGL Broly are already considered mid is crazy haha. The 9th anni feels like just yesterday (wtf it was 6 months ago), and I remember when just their base forms already felt top tier, then their transformations were just absolutely absurd.
Then in part two Beast came out, dropped his schmeat on the table and said "I'm gonna be stronger than y'alls transformed versions but on turn 1" lmfao

I fully agree, except I'd put Agl UI over LR SSBE. But I can see it the other way around just as well.
Having used the top three at 55%, I can say that Beast remains the king easily, second TEQ UI and third the two 6th Anni EZAs (those are rainbowed). Cell Max is below.

Wouldn't put teq MUI over beast. I'd still take beast protecting others over the RNG of the number of counters and support even if its massive.

You don't need to be a whale just having the u7 ezas with dupes which is very common for players who have been playing for years

UI is definitely above Cell Max because of his SA support.
They’re pretty equal imo because without UI, super is still the strongest team in the game or at least tied for it - without Cell Max, Villains fucking suck

Orange piccolo still on the tier list is golden. He’s still a fairly strong unit in terms of defense. He definitely gets out powered by a lot of newer units though

On the topic of Orange Piccolo.. The one thing I haven't been able to understand regarding his transformation, and why it's considered so strong..

I think truth genuinely forgot that ui goku gives huge support to the whole team, it’s funny how with other top tier characters he wants to mention how important their abilities to protect and buff the team is, but with ui there is no mention of his amazing support.
He literally mentions that in tje video.. he also stats most of the toughest Fights also get the boost since they're super tight??

If you making a second tier list for post transformation, then I guess you should make the same for all top LRs and it's gonna make a lot of difference
I understand the placements but I believe that Cell Max should not be above UI (and debatably the 6y LRs for the same reason) simply because UI is statistically better offensively and defensively, while the gap of utility between the two is noticeable, but not overwhelming.
Simply put, SHs did not need UI that much. BUT he is broken nonetheless and is the first domain for that team which is the last mechanic they were missing (aside from usher but that’s far from essential seeing what the team has), while Cell Max was absolutely ESSENTIAL to SBs, and he is much more permissive because of that, but he also isn’t exactly as broken as UI individually, not to mention UI has a top 5 link partner.
I get the reasoning behind the placement, but if « he permits the existence of Super Bosses » is the decisive factor then maybe Broly should be above Buutenks too.
Just my two cents, your list is really good overall and I think we can all agree that every single card here deserves to be where they’re at with only minor, one-place disagreements. Aside from Piccolo who I find to be more debatable.

I think the global sync is gonna help your channel, because your main audience I would guess is global players and as a global player seeing your content is cool but say you do the global 9th year summons you’re not gonna be that hyped if u pull one of the anniversary Lrs cause you’ve used them for 6 months and more than likely they aren’t the best cards anymore on Jp, so as a viewer I feel less excited because you’ve already told me that there’s better cards coming out later, when they sync and we get content at the same time I think it’s gonna really boost your content

I think str vegito is quite abit better now. Early phases which hit hard means you can easily get vegito out on turn 4 which allows you to take a peek and keep stacking or transform right away.
With a top heavy team vegitos scouter provides more value than orange piccolo giant form. Even if vegito may not be 100% safe, you transform then instantly float him off then the other characters would have killed the boss before you even see vegito again
Honestly I'd prefer to see a tierlist of the top 11-20 lrs than this, because i feel like I've seen this video like 4 times in a month. And it was kinda obvious.
The 5 turn transformation condition really isn't that bad compared to transformation conditions like the one LR AGL Gohan has (look how they massacred my boy)

OP is holding on by his Giant Form, tbh. That Giant Form is incredible, and is an insane team protector, but the character around it is faltering hard. As soon as we get a new good Giant Form character, OP is dead and gone.

Having used teq ui extensively the past few days, i gotta say he feels very vulnerable until he transforms. And you really really dont want to run 2 of him, as the second one not being able to transform makes him a sitting duck without his intro up. Yeah, sure once he is in mui, he is basically untouchable and putting out godly levels of damage, but its those 5 turns before he transforms that usually matter the most in the hard fights today. I dont think ranking a unit and their transformation separately is fair at all. If we are doing that then str super vegito should be in the top 5, broly too. But since thats not reality outside of private servers, we have to be realistic and take the unit as a whole into account. And as a whole unit teq ui goku is worse than beast and cell max, they are just too consistent from turn 1 compared to ui goku who can easily get caught out before turn 5 if dodge fails you against a super. The 50% dr with no guard isnt enough to survive these 3m boss supers.
Truth out of curiosity, if you were to put the transformed phy Lr Blue Gogeta as if he was a turn 1 unit, like you did with transformed Lr UI, on the their list where would you put him? I actually reckon you coud argue him to be on the same teir as Beast and Cell Max

After testing, TEQ UI's dmg reduction and guard is for normals, why people are saying they arent clearly put him in front of 1 attack.
No it is for tanking supers, with his 60% damage reduction he tanks Gogeta blues 4,14million damage super, for only 134k, how is the "damage reduction for normals" then wen it makes him able to tank 4million+ damage supers?

Pre-super though he would have 722k defense with Gamma 1 and LR U7 support (or TUR 17 and 18),
With 722k and 60% damage reduction PRE-super he can tank a 3million damage super for 495k though so he can still tank the super and live even if hes hit PRE-super, and talking about like 2,5million supers he tanks those PRE-super casually for 290k
The notion that he can't tank *ANY SUPERS at all,* and that his damage reduction is *ONLY* to help him against normals is completely not true and Datruth should stop saying it

Dude dishes out shit ton of damage, 70% chance to evade which works well for him since he’ll get guaranteed crits when he dodges 4 times, and doing shit ton of additional, and has a 50% chance to nullify energy based super attacks. He’s top 3 for me

Why not factor aging for units? Cell max isn’t even a reliable speed blitzing unit today, so why is he at #2 when bosses are getting more HP and are capable of outlasting the 2 turns he’s good 💀
