Personally, as a property developer and a contractor on High cost spec houses, I prefer the Eco-Estate in Meyersdal above The Eye Of Africa. Well done on the presentation of the property, I will definitely invite you to the two properties I am busy with in Morningside.

It feels too much like a super luxurious hotel for me - whilst others would and do really love it. The detail of this decor though...is something else!

It all comes down to personal preferences and it is a beautiful home but it has been overdone for me. Too much show-off and the rooms are too dark. Can't believe you have to switch on the lights in broad daylight with the windows and curtains opened. For a hotel or guest house, it is perfect but for everyday living not ideal, it's like driving a Lamborghini to work every day.
