I’m glad you washed your hands after handling the Christmas lights, they contain a chemical that can be hazardous and it’s always advised to wash your hands after handling them

Totally random comment, but I absolutely love your grocery hauls. Because you’re buying just for 2 people. And that’s something I can relate to. It’s nice to see a grocery haul without all the kiddie snacks/food etc. BTW, hope you share that smoothie recipe..it looked delish!
I always love watching your a day in a life videos. I might be one of those people who are like "oh no the flowers! Give them to me", just because I use dried flowers for resin projects lol. It would be great to donate those instead ❤️ Also, while your choice is to listen to audiobooks while cleaning, your videos are my go tos when I'm cleaning 😊
Try wrapping a flat sheet around it next year it will help some. That was a big tree those.
Taking a break from un-decorating to watch this. I’ve got a pile of ornaments and decor I’m decluttering. Yay!
Love this. I managed to get the decorations off my tree but we all came down with the virus going into the new year so I haven't been able to do a full reset yet. Yesterday I did have the kids help me tidy the house because their toys were in every nook and cranny of our small house and it was driving me crazy. We're all better now but I'm waiting to do a full reset until my parents are comfortable taking the kids for the day because my kids will literally follow on my heels and undo whatever I do as soon as I finish it.

Good idea to sweep before vacuuming. Years ago, I totally ruined a vacuum cleaner with Christmas tree needles!!
If you get a foam core board that is about the size of a poster board, then you can work your puzzle on that and easily move it from place to place
I know a few people who do that! Personally I just like keeping them on the coffee table pretty much all the time though. I’ll basically make a puzzle, keep it up for a few days and then start a new one. 😅🤍

When I saw you put away your halfburned candles I thought I could share my strategy with them. My goal is to not put a halfburned candle back into storage, because this is an area that can make your drawers cluttered. This Christmas-season I made my mum realize how big of pile of halfburned candles she had in her drawer, and I also helped her set up a nice candletray to use them up. She is so happy with the result, so she comments something about it every time I visit. She even told her friends about it...😄
With this comment I hope I can help someone get rid of some clutter, and at the same time they enjoy the "hygge" feeling it brings to burn candles.🤗

I saw this life hack and it changed my life: putting lights on the trees vertically is often times easier to do than wrapping the tree. I always dread removing them because it’s so tiring!

Hi Ashlynne :) I absolutely love the idea of blue land, but as per usual, can’t get it where I’m from. Do you possibly know an alternative/similar brand that ships to Europe (Poland)? On a different note, sorry that you had to take your tree apart already. We usually keep ours until February :D
Ah unfortunately I am not aware of one at the moment. Hopefully Blueland will start shipping to Europe soon though!! 🤍 Haha I love the idea of keeping a Christmas tree up until February but unfortunately with a live tree that just wasn’t going to work 😅
@@AshlynneEaton We have a live one too :D still going strong but we will see how long we can keep it around this year. We do put it up slightly later though, that’s probably why we are able to keep it for longer. Yeah, I just wrote to blueland asking if they plan on extending their shipping to Europe anytime soon :) we will see. Thanks for advertising this brand

oh my gosh what brand is that cutting board?!!! and do you have any tips to keep them good? i've tried so hard to keep one without knife cuts in the wood and smooth. let alone it cracks as we wash it because if we just did one wipe it would like still have soap smell residue on it that worries me to get on food so i always rinse mine too much. even tho we oil!!!
So the cutting board was actually a gift for my in-laws but I think it may be from Target. 🤍 The big things I do to take care of mine are to put oil on it every so often. That keeps the wood shiny and nourished and can help prevent cracking. And then also when we rinse our cutting board, we are careful to make it a rinse not a soak. And we’ll immediately wipe it dry afterwards. Those are just a few things I find helps!
