As a contractor myself I hate how they used the space. I would’ve definitely first thing installed a kitchen with an island to take advantage of those views, expanded the bedroom and there’s only one bedroom? It’s a mansion at least 4 minimum but taking that aside we can’t forget a bathroom tub/shower combo with a view to the city. 🏙️
