- Stilt Apartments are a series of standalone houses located in Vinewood Hills, the most luxurious residential area in Los Santos.
There are 10 stilt apartments available for purchase in GTA Online, with prices ranging from $449,000 to $800,000.
This video shows the interiors of all the 10 stilt apartments and the views from these apartments.

I do not recommend moving into these houses, recently bought to escape my wife and kids. The view is amazing until I watched a flying bike destroy a military jet. 0/10 😡
unfortunately i have also witnessed that, and it ruined my view on these houses, i agree with this comment. I'm actually considering moving to vice city. It seems so much more peaceful.

Wild Oats has always been my go to..common, you get your own pool! Although I do prefer either of the North Conker apartments that are right next to each other for the reason they are so close to the casino and my agency.

Some of the apartments i hate are those with trees blocking the view or the Eclipse Tower blocking the view. i like the ff
2045 North Conker Avenue = To me by far, the best view of Downtown Vinewood.
2113 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive = The Palm Tree view is romantic. very peaceful and nice to look at
3655 Wild Oats Drive = best sunset view of the city
2868 Hillcrest Avenue = Best view of the West Los Santos... no sky scrapers in view.

Nah, I think the 2868 Hillcrest Ave has the best sunset view since it's facing directly towards Del Perro Beach.

Thanks for the video, this video really gave me options for my third property in GTA Online, I was really considering getting a penthouse suite at Eclipse Towers, but I see that having a standalone single family house is much more worth the money and it doesn't really break the bank on you, unlike the high end tower apartments or penthouses in Los Santos.
Think I’ll forego my most expensive eclipse flat to go for one a these; probably one of the last four. It’s like everyone’s in eclipse and you have to check the map for weird looking blips before exiting the house in case you get shot at. These houses seem to be in a more peaceful corner and feels the city is under you.

I got the 2 on Conker ave that are right next to each other so I could have one of each style interior #2 and #3 and there’s ease of access going between the 2 garages. I do like the exterior of #2, but #1 does have the pool so it’s a trade off for sure. It sucks that non of the stilt house garages are not connected to the houses though.
Nice choice. Yes, it would be much better if you can access the garage without exiting the house.
Interestingly, i can access garages without exiting in my cheap houses in blaine county

I bought the 3655 Wild Oats Drive because its right down the hill where Franklin lives and you can actually go on top of the roof and jump into the pool.
you all go for the one with the pool but how many use it I have 2 hillcrest and with best views one right view one left view and they are right near so I have 20 cars right next to each other

Maybe 2113 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive and 3677 Whispymound Drive. Some of them don't fit at all, for example, 2866 Hillcrest Ave.
2874 Hillcrest is my favorite only because of the little overhang on the front of the house, I prefer the alternative interior honestly

If I were to buy an apartment just for a spawn point I wouldn’t buy this, I mean it’s pretty cheap but for newer players a low end apartment might be better. Especially since you get one in the starter pack.
I'd rather spawn on the street, that will save the time for exiting the apartment. I buy these apartments just for the views.

I wasn't aware you could own multiple homes in GTA Online, after I got an apartment at Tinsel Towers I couldn't access my bad apartment near that one stunt jump

I hesitate between 2862 hillcrest avenue for the view and 2044 north conker avenue for the balconies, which one should I take?
I think 2862 hillcrest avenue is better, the view is more important, the Downtown skyline looks much better from there than that from 2044 north conker avenue. Balconies is useless, there is no swimming pool.

they also dont have a door from the house to garage so you have to walk outside then into the garage.. SUPER annoying
Personally I think going into the garage is not necessary, I prefer to get personal vehicles using interactive menu.

Which ones the best?
I think 3655 Wild Oats Drive is the best one, the house looks fancier than others, it even has a swimming pool, and the view from the house is also good. But it's also the most expensive one, I don't recommend you to choose it if you care more about the view than the house itself, since other ones like 2866 Hillcrest Avenue, 2874 Hillcrest Avenue, or 2862 Hillcrest Avenue also offer very nice views.

Yes, Rockstar is too lazy on interior designs. Not just standalone houses, high-end apartments also have only 3 types of interiors.
@@GSkyGaming I wish they would let us customize them more, not just colours and stuff but letting the player configure different parts of the interior, hell even the whole thing, where rooms go and which floor etc.
