@brookwillow knit I did - thank you! We had a snow storm last week here in northern SD last week that dropped a foot of snow, but it is warming up into the 40s and 50s now so it is melting fast!
Gorgeous tulips, they totally set the mood. I love that Hydrangea Blue that you're using for the tank top, I wish Purl Soho had that shade in all their yarns. The zipper sweater is gorgeous! And I love the vest you're wearing too, that design is so interesting. I never really know where/when to wear a vest, but they look great in an outfit.
The things I would do for a front porch to spin on all summer haha!! That sounds so lovely 💕as always, thank you for sharing your beautiful makes with us Ahna!
Love your projects...I suggest that you consider making a quick muslin to cover the stuffing and insert in your crocheted lumbar pillow so that you can wash...
Hi Brook I love love love your vest The colour is beautiful on you The zipper sweater is gorgeous also and socks also Great podcast Have a great week !!!
Hi! I completely love your podcast so much. Your knitting, crochet and sewing is all so pretty and I love your colors! Your zipper sweater and the one you are making with the flowers are both amazing so I think I'm going to make a flower one - looks like it will be both comfy and joyful! Your voice is really soothing too and I always get so excited to see that you have a new podcast up! Hugs from Texas!!
Love your podcasts, projects, and how you recycle....blouse from a sheet. Good luck with your new rule...I tried it years ago and it didn't work because I have "startitis"!!
Thank you for another great episode! Don't worry, you didn't come across any different than normally :) Hope you had a great Easter! And, PetiteKnit's name is Mette I believe, haha ;)
Thanks for a enjoyable time, watching you content. Crocheting the lumbar I thought you could make a inner tube and stuff that. The end I am sure you draw string or make it accessible some way to wash. Going into autumn down here enjoying the woolly knits again.
😂 same story over here. Fairly expensive linen sheets and my dog also scratched a hole in the fitted sheet, I’ve been saving them for some sewing projects but at the moment I’m still too bummed to bring them out. Good summer project though! Thanks so much, great episode ⭐️
Oh gosh I’m glad I’m not alone but also sad your sheets got ruined! I always dream of having luxurious sheets but I know they’ll just get the big hole 😥 I hope you find a nice project to use yours!
i did NOT come here to be reminded of the curse that is seasonal depression Ahna! that being said, I love your WIPs right now. the one with the flower motif is reminiscent of 70's style to me, which is kinda awesome.
Isnt testknitting the point to follow the i indtructions and the yarn in the pattern??🙉😎🤷♀️🤷♀️ The west got stunning, i really wanna Try Biches buches yarn, how is it to Knit with , ? I love the scandinavian style ,i do Are Norwegian knitdesigner 🙏💞 do you have scandinavian family ! Have a great knitting week
Well I think knitwear designers actually like people to test different yarns because it’s unrealistic that every single person who buys the pattern will use the exact same yarn as the sample. It’s more about discovering if the pattern is clear and easy to follow! Most of the work is done by the tech editor beforehand. I absolutely love knitting with Biches es Buches! I would totally knit with it again 😃 I don’t believe I have Scandinavian ancestors. Most of mine are Scottish/English/German/French Canadian!
@@brookwillow thats true, if its in last part of the test its great to explore different yarns for the pattern! The yellow colour was also very nice .🙏🫶 I have looked at B&B yarn for sooo long, i really need to try out that! Genealogy are exciting, and sure seems like you have a exciting family lines to explore 🫶🙏 ( It was not ment as a criticism this comment abt testing, hope you understand that) I love you podcast 🌞🥰👌🌟 Have a great day
I love watching your podcast Ahna, everything you knit or sew is so pretty. ❤
Thank you so much 🥹
I am So Excited for my beautiful handknit sweater!
Love Aunt Mary 😊
Your headpiece and vest are looking so cute.
Thank you 😊
Love your inspirational sharing.
Make a casing for bumper pillow…… draw string close one end.
Then you can change out cover for season changes 🙃
That’s a great idea! I’m thinking about using part of the bedsheet to make a casing 😃
That yellow sweater is so beautiful! 😍
Thank you! ❤️
I love Patons sock yarn as well - it really holds up!
Your vest is beautiful! As your projects always are!
I hope you had a wonderful Easter!
Thank you so much!! I hope you had a lovely Easter as well 😃 are you getting as nice weather as we are??

@@saraeclipse I think we got that same exact snowstorm! 12” of snow. Took down so many trees/branches and lost power for a day because of it!
@@brookwillow fingers crossed that's the last of it for the seaaon!

Love your podcast as usual. I’m not a crocheter but I admire the things I see on RUclips. Vache is the French word for cow.
Oh I learned something new today! Thank you ☺️
I love that everything you make has such a specific vibe and it feels so you. Everything you make just feels so cozy ❤
Thank you 🥰

It’s pretty great and I feel so lucky to have it 😃 I can’t wait to landscape all around it too!

That is a great suggestion! I could use part of the bedsheet for the muslin 🤔
I love your projects and your top is gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Kaci 🥰
Love your projects especially the flower sweater. Great podcast
Thank you! I can’t wait to wear the flower sweater ☺️ hopefully before summer hits!
Love your Textured Vest. I always say "I can make that." when I am in shopping in stores. I can't wait to see you crochet pillow. Cool rollerblades!
Hehe thank you ☺️ p.s. I think I might break my “finish two wips before next cast on” to make a tank top with that red yarn you sent me!
Great podcast, lovely variety of different projects. Your tulips are a lovely colour ❤
Thank you so much! I thought the purple was a fun unique color 😊

I got it a few years ago from KnitPicks but it doesn’t look like they have it anymore 🥺
@@brookwillow Well they are so smart!
Congrats on the new gravel whip, spring will be good fun! 🚴♀️🌸
Thank you!! I’m excited for a whole summer with it ☺️
Anna, Loving the Flower Power sweater! Great colors. Intarsia, right?😍
Thank you!! It’s a mix between intarsia and stranded colorwork 😍 I’ve been working on it a lot this week and will hopefully have it finished soon!

I sure am 😊
@@brookwillow ahhh!! Twinsies! Are you doing the shop hop?
Michaels was having their reset sale so a lot of it was clearanced and sold out on purpose
I think Petite knits name is “Mette”
Ahh yes thank you! I love her name 😃
The name of the vest is “Texture Vest”, not Textured.
LOL! Thank you
