how to animate in blender || Auto Rig Pro

I love auto rig pro. One thing I'm trying to do is set a new rest pose but when I set a new one it always breaks the rig. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Make sure while setting the rest pose keep in mind that all the rigs controllers should be selected and not have any animated keyframe
