I will never not be pissed off at how they were written off. I don't understand how a show can create such great couples and then ruin them all. They get amazing actors, that's how. Some shows don't deserve such chemistry if that's what they do to it.
Booklover 4 the actors asked to leave. Also it's not THAT bad, I mean, Mark could have survived and felt in love with someone else, instead he and Lexie are “together” somehow... I know they're dead, but their love is eternal and so far I would consider them the only GA main couple that is endgame.
Ellen95 Now I would prefer Lexie and Mark to die together oppose to only one of them. But I mean April and Jaxon had great chemistry, Alex and Izzy, they messed up the Riggs (I think that's what his name was) and Meredith. I also think it's sad that every character has had at least one divorce, save for Meredith.
I will always be bitter with how Derek was written off. It didn’t make sense. It was badly written imo. A car crash happened, he saved it then he died cos of a car crash? Well that’s life I guess. It’s bizarre...IMO christina’s farewell episode was the best. Gave justice

Madisone Curet she graduated with her bachelors at 19-20 because she only took 1 1/2 years of college then finished med school in 3. which honestly isnt that fast if you took college classes in high school and then summer/may/winter courses
You can take college classes during high school to cut down your undergrad time.

So starting school at 5, plus 12 years (17), minus third grade(16), plus four years undergrad(20),plus four years med school (24)

I continue to watch this show out of force of habit. A plot used over and over by Shonda Rhymes, put em together then break them up. After that's been exhausted, send them away, or kill them off, never a happy ending for characters that remain on the show.

The answer is: sweet, kind, loving, feminine, smart, courageous when it mattered and generally knew what she wanted and was forthcoming about it. The only flaw is little bit impulsiveness and low self esteem.
But overall, a fine character. Men love women having such traits.

They should’ve gotten more screen time. The other couples got way more, but this was my favorite one. Also, when the actors left they shouldn’t have just killed off the characters. Mark and Lexie should have moved away together. Surgeons switch hospitals all the time, certainly more often then they die in horrible accidents. And that way they could have come back in later seasons.
