Derek wasnt sad cause patrick was fired so the death wasnt intended
George , Lexie and Mark had to hurt the most. It was so unexpected. Like who would've thought that George would be that John Doe. Who would've guessed that the plane would crash and Lexie would be the one to not survive. And who would've guess that Mark would survive long enough to get to the hospital but couldn't wake up from his coma. Like he just had a baby. 😭

Lexie's gets me every time. Absolutely hated her death. Especially since it was so early in the episode and was so sudden.

Derek hurt me the most. He was my love he didn't deserve this :( Meredith and Derek have been through so much !! He won't be able to watch his kids grow up:( Meredith will never find someone like Derek someone who loved her unconditionally and would give up anything to be with her he deserves so much more than this!! Izzy& Geroge- Izzy and geroge end up together after Izzy divorces alex. They move into a small cottage have 3 kids Izzy bakes, and is still a surgeon geroge is in the army but visit Izzy when ever possible
April&jackson- yes I know Jackson is still alive (rn) they get remarried have another kid and name him Samuel Jr after his late brother:) they all move into a three story home. Jackson buys a Tesla 🕶️
Christina &bruke- Bruke shows his love for her Christina persuades him into moving back to Seattle they're both incredible cardiothoracic surgeons, live in a huge house with no kids and still dance it out every night. But later on bruke persuades Christina into adopting a Korean daughter. She agrees
Reed& Charles- after the shooting they both survive Charles shows his love for Reed in the moment they have a one night Stand and it leaves Reed pregnant. She ended up aborting the child without Charles input. They go their separate ways (yes this one's harsh I'm not a fan of either of them)
