definitely put in a complaint ticket for that seat issue. they seem to take pride in their business product (lol) and compensate more generously than cancellations/delays.
I've watched a few business class review videos for various airlines and aircraft types. Last year, I flew business class CPH>JFK and PDX>CPH on Delta, both ways. In nearly every video I see, *something* is broken/malfunctioning... in business class. When I flew, they moved me to another seat because the video console didn't work. I find this to be a really weird trend considering business class tends to cost *so much* I would think that the food wouldn't just read beautifully on the menu, but would be visually appealing and taste fantastic. I would think that every piece and part of that cabin would be in top shape, every time. Has anybody else noticed this trend? I've also flown economy and economy-plus type categories many times for many years and I have actually almost never had such problems as in business class (and seen online).
Tell me about it! On my flight just over the weekend, 2 out of 18 seats were malfunctioning and I got downgraded by Air Canada. What puzzles me is that the plane was actually sitting on the ground for more than 12hours prior to my flight. I just don't get how bad their fleet management is to let such things occur pretty much on a daily basis to their customers while charging so much $.

I got $300 in future flight credits!
Nice video.....some the quality of the food depends from the route!
I like your Videos so much.
I just flew on the 787 yesterday. I didn't even know they had this option. How much was the flight?

@@TraverseFlightReview thanks! Not as bad as I thought it would be.
