अजय जी ये डिश महाराष्ट्र में भि होती हैं, जिसे हम *अळू वडी* बोलते हैं. इसमे आप बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज और चावल का आटा डालेंगे, और जितना आपने पतला किया उससे थोडा कम करेंगे तो और भी क्रिस्पी होता हैं, ट्राय करके जरूर बताईये. 🙏🏻
