I actually messed with the pressure curve in my settings not to long ago, it feels weird how subtle the changes are for all my brushes, and was planning on tweaking it some more. Definitely a pleasant surprise to see you cover it!😄
Video suggestion! You could make some room spaces for your OCs! Just a thought, but I’d totally be interested in seeing what a few of your OCs rooms/living spaces would look like.
- I don't know if this is applies to all CSP programs. But hitting J opens pen pressure for me, making it a shortcut helps a lot. - Another thing is like I believe the reason why you didn't the darker pencil originally is because of your CSP pen pressure is still in the upper corner. CSP and Tablet Pen pressure plays a lot. - Make sure your screen tablet is on WinTab and not Tablet pc.
Im not too sure if just J opens the pen pressure or if you need to have the file menu open before hitting J. My CSP is set to the upper left as I am light handed and prefer that setting 90% of the time! I find opening up the XP-Pen setting easier as I can keep it open and not need to confirm the setting to apply it! Just a personal preference when I do need to change the pressure! :) But I did not know about the WinTab vs Tablet PC differences! Thanks for letting me know!
I thought there was pressure curves in photoshop? I never used to know how to adjust them so I left them alone, but I’m like 99% sure they’re in there somewhere.. even if it’s just per brush, unless it’s not on the tablet version and only the full computer version?
No matter how I arrange the line, the pressure I apply with the pencil does not work and it always comes out hard. I swear I tried all the line shapes and they come out harsh no matter how much or little pressure I apply with the pencil. Please help.
It seems like you dont have pen pressure at all then! You might need to reinstall your tablet or check your settings again on your drawing program of choice!
I absolutely HATE how you can’t get pen pressure with non apple styluses :( £150 isn’t worth it for some janky pen and they know that, so they limit what you can do
I'm generally a traditional artist and am new to digital so learning about the pressure curve and sensitivity was very helpful~
JIAOQIUUUU so excited for him to come out ur art is so beautiful!!

@@Rinspiritart Yeah of course!
Is it the same in ibispaint x?
It is! Ibispaintx also has a pressure curve near the bottom of the settings window! ☺️
As a Photoshop buff this is alien technology to me haha 😭😭😭
Legit might switch to another app just because of this. It would make my life so much easier.
