Personally I love this kind of video. It's nice to see how the clear is put together, not just for entertainment, but maybe even to learn a bit more. (I've watched enough of your stuff to instantly see the problem with the left robot when prompted oh noes)
I think it's an objectively superior format for showcasing an interesting run, I love watching them too! That's why I wanted to try and make one despite my laziness.
@@DrSilvergunhey man even if it’s one in 10 videos or more it’ll always be more enjoyable. Explaining cool and complicated strategies in such detailed way is what this game truly deserves. Sadly there's not so much good AK analytic videos of any kind on youtube (almost don't exist at all), and for a reason I suppose, but I really hope to see more of that stuff in the future. Higher the dp cost = better the unit. Lutonada being the expensivest 4* only proves the rat is in another level. Also this type of video is really great, because i'm new in arknights a detailed explanation about the run and the idea behind it help me a lot in understand the game and minor mechanics.
27 and a half minutes of rat Holy shit The world is not prepared for this edit I’ll watch the rest of this tomorrow but I am very very intrigued by the idea of going through the entire creation and refinement of the strategy instead of just showing the clear Judging by the length of the video alone it’s not something you could reasonably do very often but I think it’s an awesome idea to do every once in a while
I really liked this video, it's a lot more engaging to be walked through the process of trial-and-error beating a tough stage with low op and low rarity conditions. I know its not feasible for most stages you beat but when challenges like this one come around, a video like this would be awesome.
Amazing video! But having seen the rat work so well on Lone Trail makes me kinda sad, it truly shows how amazing she would be with a stronger pull force. (They would never give her the pull force that we see in this map, but force 1 would be game changing)
Yeah i'll be forever salty about it 1 more force is the difference between only interacting with trash and having some meaningful effect on 90% of the enemies in the game
thank goodness for the explanation stuff, there's little micro interactions in this game a lot like the enemy that moves n in the beginning of the stage that isn't obvious very often and it would be great to learn more about these and how they influence runs especially cause I'm looking to start playing more nicheknights (caprinae, r6, and levitateknights)

As someone who absolutely love watching speedruns explanation videos, I always though it was what's missing to AK clears, so you would definitly love more of these.
What's great about a video like this it's that very few people in the community can talk about 4 Stars with this kind of insight, giving another view of operators like Lutonada and Quartz that otherwise people don't get from more general videos about pull and build recommendations
I definitely like this kind of video. It's much more interesting seeing the strategy that went into making the run possible than watching a run without knowing any of that.
Really appreciate the more in-depth format of this video - compared to run-only videos, I actually know what's going on for this one, which in turn means I can actually appreciate how difficult it is and how elegantly the puzzle was solved. Would love to see more of these in the future :)
This style of video is great, you get to understand just how complex these clears are. All the little details that would be missed otherwise if you're not aware. It also really makes you appreciate the designs of 4 stars which I rarely use because I'm a filthy meta slave.
This format is clearly better. I've always enjoyed the analytical, breakdown and PoV videos because they give a much deeper insight into what's going on. Being able to delve into the nuances of another player's thought process is invaluable. As a fellow lazy person, I understand your reluctance to make more of these videos, but as a viewer and a player who do occasional no 6 stars clears, I'd be happy to see more! And, naturally, adding a generous amount of simping makes it even better 👌
absolutely love this format; I want to tell my friends and neighbors about it, etc. your deadpan humor is always a treat in its own right, but even better is the opportunity to appreciate so many unique nuances of gameplay-it absolutely makes watching it all come together in the end *incredibly* rewarding!
Honestly I love all your explanation videos, they genuinely help me learn way more about the game than just watching some influencers take the most meta 6 stars to everything each event. Thanks for this, I wish I had the same level of gumption as you. BB-S-4 CM is really hurting my confidence as a 4 star player right now.
I love seeing the thought process behind clears like that! as someone with a bit of a case of skill issue, having insight on how people think about the game without looking up guides is very valuable to go and actually improve i feel
Amazing video man. Seeing how much thought was put into a single clear of 4* knights really puts it into the perspective of how much time it takes to come up with a perfect strategy. It feels like a documentary
love the format, impressive clear become even more impressive when people break it down moment by moment, and the thought process behind it (in this case, the evolution of 8 -> 7 -> 6 operators), dealing with each scenario case by case
That was pretty cool to watch. A lot of people don't really use 4 stars so even basic mechanics and interactions like the utage one mentioned can be interesting. Was really cool seeing the Lutonada Ethan cycle, too. Good stuff

Same I can say here, and both being in the same video is honestly even better, rather than having it be separate. It's cool seeing the clear, and it's even cooler hearing the process behind it going down, especially when it's expansive and over the top in those details. A grand video as always, Mate! I like having this kind of longer video to go along with your shorter ones! Maybe not for every video cause i like the quick ones i can just throw on when im low on time, but its nice to have the perspective :D
enjoyed your commentary and explanation of your strategy, and it's very easy to understand. inb4 1hr explanation of you block shifting with tentacles so rope can pull and be quickly retreated so she doesn't block the enemy, and timed Luto's skill so the enemy doesn't lose their shift momentum and be pulled onto other direction into a hole, all in the timeframe where ethan doesn't attack 💀

it's super interesting in concept just to appreciate the amount of thought that goes into optimizing harder runs, but it's also great for showing off tiny abuseable details like the left robot's exact position
also discussing the whole process at length is very helpful to me personally because my brain doesn't fucking work and I basically can't really strategize at all without being prompted lmao
I can't think about multiple variables at once and I generally think extremely slow anyway; I'm great at figuring out solutions to problems sometimes but have a lot of trouble figuring out all the details of what exactly the problem is (solving a problem is generally a little simpler when you understand said problem)
I've picked up several random tips from watching all your IS streams, so I'd be very excited to see more videos like this for regular story/event stages where I can not only hear about specific weird interactions or mechanics (like lone trail fences being actual fences) but also generally find examples of how to go about thinking about stages and how to apply operators' capabilities to them
I really like this type of video as well as your normal content.
Rabbit & Steel Mentioned.
Great video, i think that videos like this show off your understanding of the game, would be great see more videos like this
I like having this kind of longer video to go along with your shorter ones! Maybe not for every video cause i like the quick ones i can just throw on when im low on time, but its nice to have the perspective :D
Please do more videos in this style, it's way more engaging and unique, plus my dumb EN can't read brain will finally learn something
I never thought I'd see a deep analysis about Lutonada, but here we are
That FTL soundtrack is a mood❤
Not the first time I’ve listened to a man explain a rat for twenty minutes, but it’s the best time I’ve had doing it for sure.
enjoyed your commentary and explanation of your strategy, and it's very easy to understand.
inb4 1hr explanation of you block shifting with tentacles so rope can pull and be quickly retreated so she doesn't block the enemy, and timed Luto's skill so the enemy doesn't lose their shift momentum and be pulled onto other direction into a hole, all in the timeframe where ethan doesn't attack 💀
loving the explanations!
Big fan of this style of video, very interesting!
Amazing clear and breakdown
I love the vid its fun.
Would like to see more cause my smooth brain does not comprehend the tiny details into clears like these.
Keep this up when you're not lazy
