Hey Johnny ! I feel better with you on the ground smashing symbols to a Rush tune, made me nervous my friend, you have balls ! Cool Bald Eagle catch, stay on the ground bro
Finally! A nice landing! I feel ya! Good for you to keep at it. I had a nice flight in some active spring-time conditions this past Sunday. Bumpy. But my landing was not as nice as yours. I need more practice after almost no winter flying.
Yes, FINALLY! haha Hopefully I continue the trend :-) I don't like the bumpy conditions at all but sometimes I just go for it to test my skills. Probably not a good idea! Thanks again for the comments...Happy and safe flying to you!
@@thejohnnydavidson Unless you're experiencing nasty wire-slapping, forced wing-overs and over-the-falls turbulence, I say it's fair game and *fun* if your stomach can handle it. That little bit of rowdiness helps to desensitize you and accustom you to good thermal flying conditions! At least that's what I figure. Others' have more sensitive stomachs and haven't done much active-conditions mountain flying and so they become concerned and unnerved with bumpy conditions -- it's natural to feel that way.😀 Every spring I have to suck it up and re-accustom myself to rowdy-ish conditions so that I can eventually again enjoy the rowdy air and XC flying. It's a yearly progression! Sometime you and I ought to hook up and fly together. And/or get a few of us flying together on a good weekend. Coming back to Ohio would be fun!
I am definitely one of those weak stomach pilots haha I take Dramamine before each flight if I think it's going to be even a little rowdy. My kids used to make fun of me because I can't even ride on a Marry-Go-Round haha I do get more accustomed to it as the flying season progresses too. I haven't really flown with a flying buddy yet but I did sell my spare Mosquito NRG to someone local. Once he gets comfortable flying, he plans to go up with me someday. You're more than welcome to join the Gaggle :-) Have a great weekend!
Wow Johnny awesome view. Looks like fun.
Thanks Jeff! It is a lot of fun. Especially when everything goes right 😂

Thanks 👍 Yeah I tend to push the limits a bit but I consider this a "calculated risk" haha Have a good evening my friend!
