That is such a cool expo! The okonomiyaki looks really interesting. It's amazing how the term "pancake" changes depending on the country you are in. The green tea ice cream sounds really tasty and healthy!
When I miss Japan, it is often a food memory that triggers the feeling. I love and miss Japanese cuisine. Sharing a meal makes people like each other or as the feel closer with strong bond. Eating the same food leads to trust and cooperation because they feel closer with the feeling of intimacy among those eating together, share the experience with eating and drinking. You made a great video as usual, but I'm really questioning the authenticity of some of these dishes. I spent 5 years in Japan and the only time I ever saw a marshmellow was in the Commissary on an American military base. My Japanese wife also was curious about those dishes that contained marshmellows. I'm sure the sashimi and the sushi was great, though! (And I'll probably still attend this if I'm ever in L.A. in January!!)
Can you post a video on your thoughts on traveling to Japan within the next couple of months with the coronavirus? I’m going in March and would like to know what is really happening as opposed to just the media. Thanks!
