Had a comment on this video yesterday "Learn to shoot sporting clays, then post videos" (which I deleted)
Well, I'm a beginner. Short of shooting a few clays with my dad with a handheld clay flinger contraption when I was a kid, I hadn't shot clays until this year. I really enjoy it and I'm a beginner.
I'm learning, and that's the point of these videos, so I can look back on my (hopefully) progress.
If it bothers you that I post videos and I'm not good (yet) I'm sorry... I kinda feel like that's the point of RUclips, not just for experts but for "You" all of us to post about the things we enjoy.
Well, the last time I shot this course I shot a 50, this past Labor Day (this video) I shot a 55... that's progress in my book.
So, if watching beginner videos offends you, please don't watch mine. I enjoy it, but I'm not going out there shooting 1,000 shells a month thinking I'm going to join the pro circuit... it's fun. Lighten up and enjoy the ride.
I do love feedback and tips.
Please do let me know what I'm doing wrong and what I can do better.
For sure, I need to focus more on the target. I need to concentrate more, that's one reason I want to get better at this sport, to learn this. I need to figure out my hold points and commit to them... these are all things I'm working on.

One of the best gun slingers I've ever met.
