    Probably not wise to film the address label of your parcel and post it on YT .
    Looks like that took a beating in transit.
    The red light means there is a problem with the firmware.You can still fix this if you've not returned it. Gimme a reply and I'll send you some details of how to re-flash

      If you have the exact box from the video, the MXIII-G (2GB / 8GB). You can re-flash the firmware with the files found here;
      www.tronsmart.com/?p=8202
      There's instructions on how to flash too but they are not the best . I'd recommend the SD Card method over the USB method , it seems to be more reliable in my experience .
      You need to wipe the SD card and copy the files in the SD Method ZIP file onto the SD Card. Don't put them inside a folder on the SD or it won't flash properly.
      Then with the power unplugged on the MXIII insert the SD card . Now , inside the aux audio port there is a tiny reset button , you will need something small to reach inside and press it down . A paperclip or small toothpick will work . (www.gratisstreamen.nl/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/resetbutton.jpg)
      With the SD Card inserted , plug in the power cable then press and hold the reset button (inside AV hole) and the power button until you see the Android robot on the screen . The progress bar should appear and once complete it should boot properly .
      Make sure you remove the SD Card after - Hope this helps.

      I have MXIII-G (2GB / 16GB), can I use this firmware?

      If it's an MXIII , 2GB Ram , S812 CPU , Mali-450 GPU . Then yes that firmware will be fine.
      If you have the S802 CPU you will need different firmware . Check where you bought it , or the box if you still have it to find out what CPU you have.
      If the box is a clone and the hardware is different then I can't be sure but that is the correct firmware for the MXIII-G
