    Ingredients :
    For Phulki
    1 Cup - Besan
    Salt to taste
    1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
    1/2 tsp - Garlic
    2 tsp Coriander
    1 tsp green chili
    2 tbsp - onion
    Water
    Pinch Baking soda
    1/2 tsp oil
    For Curd ( Dahi )
    750 gm - Curd
    1/4 cup - Sugar
    Salt to taste
    Water
    For Tadka
    2 tbsp - Oil
    1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
    4-5 no - Curry Leaves
    3 no - Dry Red Chillies
    Asafoetida (Hing )
    Coriander leaves
    Method :
    Making phulki and dahi
    In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder,
    Garlic, green chili, coriander leaves,onion , baking soda, oil Mix well
    Add water gradually and make a thick and flowing batter of phulki.
    Now, whisk the batter in one direction so air particles incorporate into the batter
    Heat oil in a pan, drop small balls of pulk one by one to medium hot oil.
    Keep the flame medium and stir occasionally.
    Fry the phulki till they turn golden brown.
    Now in a mixing bowl, add dahi (yogurt), salt, and sugar. Then add 1 cup of water and mix well.
    .Add hot and fried phulki into dahi mixture. Mix them in the curd. Cover it and keep it aside to set for at least minutes.
    Make tempered dahi phulki
    In a bowl, add dahi and soaked phulki.
    Sprinkle some red chili flakes, cumin powder, and coriander leaves.
    Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, hing, and dry red chili.
    Curry leaves.
    Mix well and add tempering on dahi phulki.
    Serve with some and onion rings.
