  • Cheese chilli garlic locho
    For locho batter
    1 cup chana dal bengal gram
    1 tbsp urad dal split black gram
    1/3 cup poha flattened rice
    Green Garlic
    2 tbsp ground nut oil
    3 tbsp curd
    1 tbsp besan
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    2 tsp ginger Green chili paste
    Hing
    Water
    1/2 sacket fruit salt
    For garlic butter
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tbsp Green garlic
    2tbsp green chili
    Mix well
    Locha massala
    2 tsp red chilli pwd
    1/2tsp black pepper
    1 tsp Black salt
    1tsp jeera pwd
    Mix well
    For locho chutney
    100 gmCoriander leaves
    1 ginger + 3 green chilli
    8-10 mint leaves
    8-10 palak
    10-15 garlic
    1/2 lemon
    Salt to taste
    1/2 tsp black Salt
    3 tbsp Sugar
    1/4 cup Besan sev
    2 ice cube
    Grind it
    Wash and soak the chana dal, urad dal, for 5-6 hrs.
    seeds for 5-6 hrs.
    Remove water and in a mixture jar, add dals, soaked green garlic,poha, and some water, and grind batter into a smooth and thick paste. Do not add more water while grinding the batter.
    Remove batter in bowl add curd,oil, besan mix well. Cover and keep it in a warm place for 8-10 hours to ferment.
    When the batter is properly fermented, add salt, turmeric powder , ginger green chilli , water Mix well.
    Surti locho batter is ready.
    Take fermented locha batter.
    Add hing, water mix well.
    Then add water and make the pouring consistency of the batter.
    Just before steaming fruit salt in it. mix well.
    Spread a thin layer of batter into preheated steamer plate
    . Spread garlic butter mixture & grated cheese cook for 10 minutes
    Serve locha on a plate and garnish with locho masala, onion, coriander leaves,green garlic, sev ,melted butter,
