Well Surat is a huge hub of tasty food. You can also try Surtarfeni, Khaja, Surti Cold Coco, Chana dal and onion samosaa, hundreds of varieties of eggs, etc.
You have given entire recipe start to end recipe with chatni, masala mix included. The tips of pulsing the dal, using sour curd. The way you narrate a recipe we can confidently follow your recipe❤

Full focus on cooking and no non-sense jokes. On the other hand, Ranveer Brar is so narcissistic and overly dramatic, clichéd and cheesy in his delivery. I don't understand how can people tolerate him.
