It doesn't look like she's actually playing most the double stops, I could be wrong but when I hear them she's typically just bowing 1 string. It's fantastic playing, but I think that part is edited Edit: actually I'm certain it was edited, the violinist probably recorded both parts and edited them over each other. You can hear the background of the audio second take cut out at 1:52
