Kunal sir, if the usecase is to make videos at home, you mentioned you are using a 35mm lens which i am guessing is a full frame camera. Which lens would be better for making similarly framed videos at home with a cropped apsc sensor, like 35 mm or 50 mm? Especially for the newer cameras like canon r50.
Great question! i know i am very late to answer this but in my opinion canon RF 35mm is the best choice to go for!

I currently have 16-50 kit lens sony with zv e10. I am planning to buy 1 prime lens, confused bw sigma 16mm & 30mm f1.4
I am more inclined towards 30mm as it will be a better all rounder in case of portrait, cinematics, landscape(sometimes) etc
When I need wider shots, I’ll simply use 16-50

Just out of a context question...what would you recommend the new canon eos r6 mkii or the sony a7iv? Iam using canon m50 and want to switch to full frame but the limitations on third party lens on canon makes me confused.

Sony is fine but what about crop factor when you shoot @60fps. If it doesn’t bother you then definitely go with Sony.
