I really like the swivels that you mentioned, they are a must, and also the chrome handles have been awesome. You get a different type of feel with each type of attachment. I use the weight vest as well for extra weight since I have a gr8flex. I've been thinking about drilling a hole in the bench frame to add a bar, but haven't quite committed to it doing yet. 😁
I got the chrome handles a long time ago and like them. However, the plastic handles are easy to transition into a neutral grip versus taking the time to attach the rope handles. Thus, it seems like the plastic handles are more efficient.
Thanks Billy. I believe it certainly can being that it's a pretty versatile tool and it's used in rehabilitation. I used to be big into "corrective exercise" but ultimately have ditched some of the philosophy behind it because it was just driving me to overanalyze my exercise. But I will look into doing a video on this in the future.
I noticed at 4:35 you stopped your workout to detach some cables which were apparently getting in the way or were annoying; whatever. How much time do you spend in reality taking off and putting on various attachments and handles and so forth? Seems like it could be a pain in the neck.
Good question. I'd say any time messing with or setting things up is pretty minimal, espeically compared to other forms of resistance training. Having easy quick transitions is kind of what I was getting at with the attachments I often use and select. But even if I did take the time to set up and attach an attachment, it would be less than 30 seconds anyways.
I use a bunch of different ones based on flavor. I'm really into the RYSE / ghost brand flavors currently, but a staple for me for 20 years has always been optimum nutrition.
Does anyone make an after market adjustable bench for the the Fit? If so, that would be a great addition. Right now, I must purchase the 4K model to-get that.

Another awesome informative video, thanks. Can you do a video on "if sliding bench trainers help to correct muscle imbalances or not?"

I like your thoughts about the attachment.
Question: What protein powder do you use?

Thank you. One addtional question: any thoughts about GNC products, protein shakes, and Vitamins?@@hybridresistance

Unfortunately no, but I've thought the same thing.
Perhaps design it and go into production. I think someone could easily sell 100,000 within a month.
You mentioned the rowing or pull tee handles..where did you get these...thanks

Good video ...would you buy the tricep rope again..do you use it very often or just use the handles for triceps exercise...thnx
I honestly don't use the rope that much. However, I do know many viewers who say it's one of their favorites for what it's worth.
