UPDATE: After another month of use, I finally had to remove the RPPv2 and kiss it goodbye. It just can't hold up to the heavy abuse of a daily professional illustrator. I'm back to enjoying the full beauty of the iPad display without any protection other than my Logitech Combo Touch case.

Did you experienced any wiggly lines when drawing on rppv2 ?

Thank you. :) It’s a strange thing to be so on the fence, but I thought it was worth sharing.

I just bought this but then I saw some reviews. Like this other review from this professional artist who draws about 8 hours a day and it got so scratched up after a month.
I think if you didn't use the metal tips it would wear down non-metal tips really bad as well. Like apple pencil tips if you use them with paper like they really destroy the nibs really fast.
And if you had to like buy this every 2 to 3 months that's really expensive. That's like 44 American. You said I live in Canada and it was like 76 after shipping.
$76 every 2 to 3 months. That's a lot I guess just don't use the metal tips but then you would need a lot of backup regular tips because it would wear them down. I haven't tested it out yet, but we'll see how I like it when it gets here.

I will say that it hasn’t worn down my Apple Pencil tips nearly as quickly as I expected, and it’s still very pleasant to draw on. Even the metal tips didn’t do much damage to the screen protector until they developed imperfections, then it was very quick to scratch.
I suppose you’ll just have to do the math to figure out which would cost more - regularly replacing the screen protector or regularly replacing the tips for your Apple Pencil. For me, I’d rather replace the tips of the pencil. LoL I’m used to that as a recovering Wacom user, though.

@@joshua.j Apple pencil tips aren't that expensive though. If you go with third-party ones there are a couple bucks. There are cheaper screen protectors like bellamonte. Because like $180 a year on one screen protector seems like a lot. Unless it feels way better than everything else.

@@joshua.j this happens a lot when you say certain words youtube has like an AI that deletes a lot of people's comments. There's like a content setting I think on RUclips accounts where if you have like a certain text box check to deletes comments.
