I agree with the 80-20 rule that is mentioned in the video. 80% of the time, you need to show the child how things are done, and 20% of the time you see what unique aspect, and perhaps even better suited aspect to him/herself, your child brings into the picture.
please do not turn your kids into snowflakes, keep them of your phones and away from screens...show them old cartoons and teach them practical skills..and teach old skool values..
