Honestly its my 3rd mth after TKR ,less pain and happy that I don't have the old pain anymore.My doc suggested to do the next knee next yr ..am thinking hahaha

What about using Thermotex Far infra red heating pad? Supposedly penetrates up to 2 1/4 inches. Want to make sure I keep it away from the joint but sounds like it should be better than standard heating pad!!

Fifteen years ago I had two weeks of home therapy with my right knee replacement …..and was in the hospital 4 days …….this year with my left knee I had one day at home therapy and they tried to kick me out of the hospital the same day……I couldn’t move my leg so I stayed overnight…….right knee traditional surgery…left robotic……. Worse part…… pain at night and literally no sleep!
