I loved this interview and the peace and bliss that Kobi transmitted to us. Thank you for sharing it😊
You're welcome, thank you for watching🧡
Thanks for sharing this special moment with us Lewis. A good reminder to be kind and do the little things even with a busy schedule.
Thank You Lewis for this beautiful interview with Kobe Bryant.
Authentic and inspirational. Still is hard to believe that he and his beautiful daughter are no longer here. In the end, he understood the most important thing was his family.
Kobe made his mark.
He embodies the definition of greatness.
Thank you for sharing.
Kobe show me discipline
Thanks for this man ❤
I will not forget this statement:
Losing is exciting!
It means you get different ways to get better!
RIP Kobe Bryant!!❤
Unbelievable
24:00 is where he says it
Kobe was the beginning of my transformation. After he passed, I found myself listening to interviews with him on RUclips. I’d take long walks. I’d call it Kobe-ing. I am a different human being today as a result. I juice, meditate and walk 5 miles on average every day. I write my morning pages and I am an actress and writer ✍️ who has begun to share her gifts with the world anew - with discipline and care. I love what Kobe said about greatness. And I couldn’t agree more! It’s inspiring others. And so, on that note - here’s a reminder to all of us - to everyone out there - we are so deeply loved. ❤❤❤ let’s let that love shine for all the world 🌎 to see. 🎈🎈🎈
Absolutely!!. You So.. Correct!. He is Legend 🎉🎉🎉.
Man I miss Kobe 😢
2020.01.26
We miss you Mamba😢
Kobe has inspired me since 96/97 & continues to after life. His passion & dedication to his craft, his career accomplishments, circumventing controversy in his personal life, leaving a legacy & so much more. Much respect, always ❤️
Miss Kobe 😥
Kobe is so PRESENT in this conversation. The fact you said you were not that known like you do now, it says so much why Kobe will not be forgotten. What a reciprocal conversation ,no gap no nothing. Looks as if you've known each other for so long. This is so humbling. He is so human. This is a watch now and again episode when pride pops out in me. Thank you so much Lewis
You're welcome, thank you for watching🧡
Love this observation. I used my makeawish back in 07 to go to the allstar game and had the opportunity to hang out in the Locker room for autographs and what not. It was here i realized what celebrity was for the first time. Most players... COUGH COUGH BRON COUGH sorry... were standoffish and doing their thing (which i understood even being only 9 years old at the time). But Kobe.... Kobe came right up to me, not knowing i was his biggest fan in the world. not knowing that i wore his jersey every single day in the hospital. He picked me up and talked to me like a FRIEND. like an absolute Homie that ive known for years. It gives me chills because of how present he was with me and how much he genuinely cared about the little things.
My man… Lewis you were the reason Kobe gave you a great interview. You brought out his greatness.
That was a masterclass.
Thank you
I'm going through a torn achilles recovery at the moment and Kobe's story motivated me a lot, specially since he went through the same injury. Watching this inspired me even more to keep going and keep moving towards my objective. Not only through this injury but in life as a whole.
Thank you!
KOBE ❤
🧡
Oh, Kobe Bryant and Lewis Howes! They are both incredibly inspiring individuals. Kobe Bryant was a legendary basketball player known for his unmatched work ethic and determination on the court. He was truly a beast in the game. Lewis Howes, on the other hand, is a well-known entrepreneur and motivational speaker who has a passion for helping others unleash their inner greatness. He's all about inspiring people to chase their dreams and live their best lives. It's amazing how these two individuals have made such a positive impact on so many people. Their stories and teachings are definitely worth exploring if you're looking for some extra motivation and inspiration.
Gosh he was brilliant 🔥🙏❤️
🙌
For sure!
What I like the most of Kobe is his humility that makes him more greatly
🧡
Kobe Bryant was my first inspiration along with Anakin Skywalker. In particular when I struggled while attending 8th grade (2010-11) and sophomore year (2012-13). When I reviewed again and again his highlights from 2007-2011, it fueled my anger and my motivation not to back up anything. I eventually succeeded.
I love kobe he's so intelligent he's a awesome person he never let his fame get to his head he stayed true to his family and to himself he will always be missed we need more athletes like kobe
He definitely did @ times
We can make all the plans, but we don't know the day or the hour, he was speaking into his future like he had all the time in the world but (don't know when this interview originally aired) but WE ALL are on borrowed time. May his words continue to inspire and uplift. RIP KOBE! & GIGI
We should theat as in that way, every day with everyone. That was his message. His hard work, his love to give the best of him always, including when something was wrong. How he found a new mission through arts to keep inspiring people.
Mamba 24, Im forever grateful 🙏 ❤
I’ve watched this interview a few times. It’s a classic. Thanks for including the bonus footage. This is one of your best pieces 🔥
Kobe is a very engaged person. the way he threats people is exactly how i try to show respect to people!
I remeber an interview with an ex college player. he still remebered his name and got along with the jokes. !! #mamba
🧡
The greatest! Rip Kobe, Gigi and others. 🙏🏼
My GOAT
🙌
How the hell does this gem only have 12K views in 24 hours? This is a sin by every definition of the word. This is one of the most blessed videos I have had in my feed in years.
Thee GOAT, PERIOD!
Agreed!
Lewis,
I’ve watched almost every Kobe interview on RUclips and this has always been my favorite one. I was upset when I couldn’t find it some time back. Thanks for the bonus content. Kobe has inspired me in many ways but what I’m working on lately is learning multiple languages like he did. I’m also inspired by your interview style. Truly being engaged and getting the best out of your guests. Well done! Keep up the great work.
So glad you enjoyed it! Appreciate you for watching.
Such a great interview and genuine person. Wow, I'm very impressed with Kobe Bryant
So glad you enjoyed it! Appreciate you for watching.
THANK YOU for this raw edit!! What a tragic anniversary 🥹 Rest in peace to Kobe, Gianna & everyone who transitioned with them 🙏🏾✨
Working hard and smart is a valuable lesson. Practice makes perfect I’m your mind.
Thank you for reposting this amazing interview with Kobe and sharing it with the world. The picture with him with the black mamba painting is epic. Man we miss him but his greatness and presence will always be felt.
You're welcome, thank you for watching🧡
Thank you for this interview and bonus footage Lewis.
Kobe was my hero growing up. He was just starting to emerge as an elite NBA player when i was getting into basketball as a kid. I felt like i was growing up with him in so many ways mentally and emotionally. He inspires people like me because he gave it absolutely everything he had. He had flaws like we all do but he did everything he could to maximize his potential in so many areas of life and that for me is his legacy.
As a quick aside, i think one of the reasons he was so engaged with you before and after was your sincerity, professionalism and your desire to make a great product in interviews bleeds through the screen. Great recognizes great. Thank you for sharing the time.
Beautiful man in and out and taken away - don’t understand life
It's even more profound and poignant watching in retrospect. His words echo even more loudly now ... RIP Kobe - thank you Lewis Howed for bringing this moment to life 💗🙏🏽💗
Your story is enriched by each person who enters it as you walk.
RIP to the goat and Gigi 🙏🏽💜 man really inspired me to be better at whatever it was, despite of. Truly miss this man and I never knew him but felt like i did. Felt like he helped the world too. So tragic we lost him so unexpectedly.
That was so awesome! I was going to watch an old one but I figured since you posted this there may be some reason. During watching the interview I realized it was an anniversary of his passing and it truly was nice to find out he was such a great man. I am glad his spirit has recycled as that energy is so important... And funnily enough I don't know why but I made an aside during my video that I recorded today about gratitude today that mentioned #TheSandlot and how awesome that movie and those scenes are with neighborly living and love.
I appreciate you Lewis, and I am glad I got to know you through these videos these last few years.
I watched this when it first aired. Great interview! Thanks Lewis! #RIPKobe
You're welcome 🧡
Great guy Kobe rest in peace and Gianna 😢
All I can say is this is a poignant interview with the one and only Black Mamba ( I really miss Kobe for real ) the way you explore the depths of Mamba Mentality and life's true priorities, is nothing short of profound and deeply impactful. It brought to mind the insightful discussions my life coach Lisa Haisha had during her transformative retreat in the Philippines. Lisa often delved into the essence of mindset, purpose, and what truly matters in life, aligning seamlessly with the spirit of Kobe's wisdom. Thank you for sharing this valuable interview!
For some reason I remember listening to this whole conversation. The “lost tape” part too. I only listened on as a podcast never via RUclips and I remember hearing you guys talk about the Olympic Games and hearing the whole story
Thank you. He was a beautiful Soul…still is☀️✨
Feeling like I need to watch this multiple times, take notes and make some quote signs to post around my work station.
Loved it! He did impact and inspire people, who themselves (like you.. could see it in your eyes) are impacting and inspiring others 🥲 thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you for sharing. The way he attacked life gives me life. You are also inspiring Lewis 🙏🏾.
🧡
Missing you Kobe 😢 🙏 and you daughter 🙏 🕊🕊
Kobe inspired me to be more present patient engaging and to listen 😊 and to share stories because nothing will move without then .. ❤ RIL Kobe B
THANK YOU, LEWIS! KEEP KOBE ALIVE! GREAT MAN! Great men make GREAT MEN! You are GREAT, and I thank YOU for all you do!
You're welcome!
Kobe Bryant is the GOAT on and off the court 💯
Wow, what a beautiful interview ❤❤
Thank you!
Thank you for blessing us with this video interview and footage. We all miss Kobe so much.
You're welcome, thank you for watching🧡
This interview resonates with my life and the work ethic me and him share. He makes time for people no matter who they are and he was one of the most curious minds. Great engaging interviewing and believe you both connected on a spiritual level. I love that he was not all about himself and was generous with his busy time. I can see why so many around the world felt like they lost a family member when he passed. 4 years on and so many stories people can share about him. Rest in peace to a wise old soul!
As always, well done! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This made me tear up. 🥲
Loved this interview. Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome, thank you for watching🧡
Attention to detail irl yo! gracias Lewis, Kobe was long awaited here. I'm so grateful for his intensity and the way you allowed him to tell his story.
3rd time for 3 mornings I am listening to this. #mambaway
I like how you highlight how present he was with you as your team is resolving the audio issue. Kobe was always exciting to watch when he got out of the bench finally to head back into the game after resting and continuing the excitement with the Lakers. The fadeaway moves and aggression he displayed on TV like always great to watch. I appreciate this video of a person I like years ago and now as well. I always enjoyed how nice he was to all the journalists he talked to after the game his deep voice his intelligence expressed so well articulated always made me be his student and him the mentor. His unparalleled dedication to his career and training he shares here and the difference it made to championships. Utterly inspiring to watch Kobe inspire us all forward…
Appreciate you for watching! 🧡
Very warm hearted person ❤
🧡
This is an excellent interview. Being in leadership field for many years I have seen many high level people but being humble and friendly like great late Kobe is rare.

Ahhh Kobe, my hero. Thank you for sharing this Lewis. Seems like Kobe really enjoyed this interview. It is because Kobe was also very spiritual and wise.
Dude! Thank you so Much for this! That 4 Minutes you straight broke down like KOBE would have done his self in an Episode of KOBE Bryant Detail truly show's How he continues to live on in all of us if we take the time to reflect! Treat others the way he did keep that kind of Spirit/Mentality alive because it's such a Rare Type Human Understanding & Empathy! RIP HERO24KOBE
THANKS LEWIS & UR TEAM & AI!!

That was so beautiful, thank you for sharing! I've noticed his calmness, his ability to enjoy time, and even to stop time in interaccion. As you said he was generous with his time, and I believe that he made a most of his time while he was here. Such an inspiration! It moved me with tears❤.
Thank you so much for watching!
I never heard or watched KB before until now on this interview and an interview on Valuetainment. I never knew how kind, smart and committed he was to anything he put his mind to. A great life cut really, really short.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Kobe
❤ really like the whole interview ❤very smart hardworking person I liked how his girls followed his hard working qualities. It’s amazing. This video is now history.
Thank you!
I'm not into sports and therefore don't follow a lot of player's stories. I always heard amazing things about Kobe so that was no surprise but OMG! I'm a huge fan now and looking forward to reading his book to see what other valuable lessons he shares. Thank you Lewis!!! P.S. I also just realized Kobe and I share the same birthday 😱❤
Wow! I believe he inspires everyone no matter if they follow him before or not. That's great you share the same birthday.
Greatness never dies!!✨🙏❤🙏✨

Kobe's last great interview on the Mamba Mentality is a treasure! The 'lost' footage adds another layer to his legacy. His insights into the Mamba Mentality are always so profound. What part of the interview resonated with you the most? 🐍

Your channel came up from my feed, Maybe because I watch a lot of RUclips feed on the Lakers and Kobe since I’m a big fan of both. Of course seeing Kobe I had to watch it. This was awesome to watch and thank you so much for sharing this with us. I felt like Kobe is still alive. It’s great to see how Kobe with all his fame was still humble and kind.
