you might be able to push this damage further by dropping one piece of shelterer and running 2 pieces of savior with it for the +10% weapon AND status dmg when over 70% hp. you'll build stacks a little slower for shelterer but at that RPM it shouldn't really matter that much in how fast they actually build and IMO 10% weapon dmg and 10% status dmg should be more dmg output than the 10% elemental dmg as long as you keep yourself healthy. Edit: I would also consider the lightweight style double elemental dmg calibration on the gun as +150% reload speed makes it practically instantaneous which is essentially almost as good as an infinite magazine
if you are good with critiques: I agree with everything and this is how I built my unstable bomber too that being said I have a few opinion on some of these: -shattered maiden only works for non-bosses which aren't hard to deal with but is good for showcases on dummies otherwise (a good alternative would be polar jelly - huge damage or festering gel for even more heals) -boots has also slow and steady which has no downtime but less damage if you go down below 90% hp but its not really hard to keep your hp with activators at 100% -steady hands only procs when you are in fortress warfare or fast gunner which your setup doesnt proc (talking about the axe if you have time to do that instead of just dealing dps)
@Znivs5 thank you for your feedback, however Slow and steady gives straight out a 10% less buff than covered advance and I find it hard to keep the buff up in content like solo vs Mother of life. Oh steady hands still is effective even when not in fortress warfare or fast gunner. Sure the first buff doesn’t work but the 2nd one works as long as the enemy is inflicted with bulls eye. FW and FG aren’t necessary for the use of Steady hands,though you’ll need em for the first part of the buff

finally some people trying to build new thing instead of dum all they chrom in to make shrapnel gun 3* p/s : another note for someone playing element dmg => you need increase your PSI which mean is come from your Armor not from weapon => so if you want up your damage then increase your armor star up not weapon and the armor piece give most PSI is the hat & mask piece ~ not body armor -> so focus up that 2 piece star first before you moving to other piece . ~ don't make a mistake .

legit I was unlucky in the CBT3 and had to focus my whole build around the Pioneer and shrap. Mind you I did complete 100% of bosses and activities with this and was in the top 5 dpser most the time, but I did not want to get sucked into another shrap build for my main. I started off with jaws for a different gameplay and it was my first 8k Starchrom I used. I built it up and got to forsaken monolith so i switched up my build for this specific silo. I spent 2K on the wildfire and never turned back. I now hit 15-30k per bullet with my dinky little 1* Wildfire and i love it.
I got lucky with Mr wish and got the little jaws, Then 500 chrom away to get the key chest piece, now i have to wait for the next stage for 500 fucking chrom for it.
2. Unstable Bomber features Blast Element. Additionally, it cannot deal Crit DMG, cannot deal bonus DMG when hitting enemies' Weakspots, and its DMG will be reduced by distance. Recurve brings up your normal dmg, so does the weakspot dmg, but literally does nothing for the unstable kit itself as the crit rate is VS the target. It's more like a debuff on the target than a buff to your crit dmg. Honestly, jaws (handgun) would probably be better for bonus explosion dmg, though I haven't made a build. Bounty hunter is probably okay for clearing mobs, but I'd pass, as I would just use jaws as I said before for mobbing, then using mini jaws for elites. For cradle, I'd toss out the steady hand and bounty hunter, go with sprint + rapid aim. Overall the rest looks pretty good.

Crit and Crit rate does nothing for little jaws, same for the weakspot on cradle you're building into. The only benefit to those is because you're investing into spamming weakspot for final dmg bonus on unstable.

Is this normal or is it bugged? Delayed bomber proc but there is no damage. Am I misunderstanding the mechanic here? It happens a lot to me especially after i mag dump (40-45 rounds) so there should be 2-3 instances of delayed bomber proc, it does have the explosion effect but there is no status ("blue") damage at all and it doesn't hurt the enemy at all.
The gun is still very good imo. I m looking to update this but there probably aren t many changes. Pros and cons vs Jaws: Jaws: Pvp Littel Jaws: PVE due to its slower UB proc Special mention: Due to pt detonation being bugged rn, it makes the difference of ease of use even bigger between both weapons (since little jaws doesn t use pt detonation)

Does this do more dmg then the outer space smg power surge build? I am on phase 2 pve and not a whole lot of mod options at the moment. I top the prime war charts tho. I do like 70k dmg a mag without bullseye or deviant. 4 pc shelter set and mayfly goggles and falcon arms. Bc idk if I should get something else for a 1pc. Like I said only on phase 2. Would this unstable bomber be more viable in future phases? I’m rocking a solid 2 blue mods waiting for phase 3 lol
@@MrElectrology whimsical drink (25% status dmg) for your drink buff. Then for food buff really just anything u can afford, they’re all mid other than shellfish(5% vulnerability) or bone-in deviated saucage(for bosses) (cuz they don’t buff status dmg)
The food buff from shellfish meat states that the effect does not stack. Is that for any ability that would grant vuln or the food buff is multiple people are using it?
Hey, Just a question , You say you need the status damage from deviation expert, but i always thought unstable bomber only benefited from Elemental damage because its just blast? Have i just been wrong this whole time?
@@nolouis Pretty much the devs try to make the game as confusing as possible lol. So Elemental dmg and status damage are the same thing. They both buff ur like, frost vortex, burn, shock, etc. However, Elemental damage has higher rolls than status dmg in ur mods’ substats
@@nolouis when UB procs they are affected by UB status affect for a short time IE more UB damage during this status results in more damage. Very confusing but thats the way that i understood it. I realized this when i used PS and FV and noticed the status affect on mobs. Hope this helps
Just Farmed 30k Starchrom and now im thinking about the right Build for me. I was thinking about this one or Sharp, but after the Patch this one should be even better? And how about 3 set Shelter and 2 set Heavy Duty?
whimsical tea is a passive that can always be used at the saem time as a main effect drink buff, shattered bread is best(forgot to mention it) and secondary weapoon any of the bullseye weapons will work

I was struggling with a fast gunner mod and I ran a hard mod and all my mod drops changed. Not sure if it’s just random but after I did that I got the mod I was looking for constantly
With the only extra buff given by any random deviation, I hover at a consistent 100K-115K dps

I think what it means is that you can't stack the buff by eating multiple dishes of that specific food.

Element because it's blast instant dmg, status is continuos dmg like burn or frost.

They are 2 completely different builds. One is full crit the other is full elemental damage and they are comparable.
