JAPAN-PNG Partnership | Inside PNG

Prime Minister, James Marape summed up the PALM 10 Summit at the conclusion of discussions with Japan and Pacific Island Leaders on Thursday afternoon (July 18 2024).
He was accompanied by Foreign Affairs Minister, Justin Tkatchenko, International Trade and Investment Minister, Richard Maru, the Minister for Rural and Economic Development, Joseph Lelang and others.
Speaking to Inside PNG, PM Marape said Japan is an important trading partner with PNG hence our participation at PALM is significant.
