In the public transportation in Houston is horrible this is not a pedestrian-friendly City if you don't have a car in Houston it's going to be hard to get around. Unlike major cities like New York and Chicago where a bus and train can get you anywhere in the city.
Thank you for the info. The funny thing is, we live in Connecticut. It’s hard to imagine a city larger than a whole state. The bugs have me reconsidering some things. 😂😂
We forget how big Houston is sometimes ourselves until we have to show a home on the other side of Houston or meet up with friends who don't live close. We're not going to lie though, the bugs are no joke, but If you find a good exterminator you'll be just fine.
my uncles planning to move to america from canada, i want him to move to houston as he’s from the Caribbean so it would remind him a bit of home. im not sure how i’m supposed to convince him tho as he’s not sure when he’s looking to move i’ve been looking for houses to help him out a bit if he’s looking to move there!
The size in the worst part lol. Everything is so spread out that I literally have to drive 45 minutes (one way) to get to the UH campus and I usually have to go 2-3 times a week during the school year. Also, I wish Houston had better public transportation like they have in NYC, Boston, Philly, etc. I'm thinking about moving when I graduate.
That is one thing that is lacking in Houston is public transportation. They have expanded the light rail system to more locations but it is still doesn't take you out of the city. Where are you thinking about moving to?
You forgot about the crimes!! I only been here 11 years and my vehicle had broken into 2 times already. Thinking about getting a hand gun to protect my property.
Seriously, twice in 11 years? I live in Seattle and we’ve replaced 5 vehicle windows in way less than that. 3 of them happened in our own driveway. Sounds like Houston is a safer place as a major city.
Uuuummmm not sure if your aware of wht you just said but 11 years is a long time && twice out of tht time frame is actually pretty damn good cuz it could've been much worse so be grateful 🙏🥱💯
Love that intro beat
I hate bugs im considering moving to houston in a few months but that kind of got me thinking
Appreciate this fam!
No problem.

I live in Houston and never had an issue with crime. Maybe you just live in a bad area.
@@missred2126 Seattle has a higher property crime rate than Houston but Houston has a higher violent crime rate.
