Fun Story: I actually did this with a friend. They were stressing out over exams and telling me how they've been feeling down so i asked them i they wanted to hangout. We met up the local rink and went skating. By the end of it they were laughing and having fun. They thanked me and we've made it a thing to just meet up at the rink to de-stress and hang out.
