I’m enjoying your helpful videos. Water parameters are so important. I’m glad you’re speaking of nutritional deficiencies and how to understand and correct the problem. Keep up the great content!
Official WASABI Moderator: Thanks for watching, yes, you should continue dosing iron with your micronutrients (if it doesn't contain any or an appropriate level of iron in it). Hope this helps! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
Can you do a video of all your tanks in the shop the ones I’ve seen look amazing would love to see the rest I’m quite new to Aquascaping just set up my second tank (oase 400) so all your videos have been very helpful 😀
Official WASABI Moderator: If you are dosing liquid fertilizations and still getting these conditions, this could be due to high acidity (low pH), or even alkaline waters (high pH). Please check the pH of the water. Also, please check NORI aqua channel for my exclusive interview.
I have a 20L and I am using 2 pump Iron and 2 pumps Trace elements. New leaves are definitely growing quicker and colour are nicer. Should I also use 2 pumps of Potassium and 2 pumps of Nitrogen to balance them out? I am using 1 pump for the later two.
is it ok that putting fertilizer eventhough the filter is running? or putting fertilizer when all the equipment are off - filter, aeration, co2 and light? thank you....
Official WASABI Moderator: The on/off filtration doesn't or change the way we add liquid fertilization. Also, please check NORI aqua channel for my exclusive interview.
Thanks for you video.I am using Fertilizer from the brand Tropica, Specialized Nutrition. in my Hight Tech aquarium. But I got filamentous algae, lower the dose and fertilize with tablets in the substrate, but the algae is still there. How can I eliminate this algae and should I continue to fertilize?
Hey Roy, Check LRB Aquatics and Father Fish. Both will support what you’re looking for. This excellent channel caters to high input, high maintenance aquascaped aquariums. There are many different approaches to fishkeeping.
Official WASABI Moderator: This could be due to the type of iron fertilization used, precipitating and causing TDS spikes due to high pH. Iron will be in one of two ferrous oxidation states: +2 charge, or +3 charge. Ferrous iron, the preferred iron form and is soluble in water at any pH. Ferric iron, however, is only soluble below a pH of around 5.5. Also, please check NORI aqua channel for my exclusive interview.
I used nitrogen for the first time and my shrimp starts to die and the fishes ventilate. The gh ppm was up to the moon at 855 I did a big water change and managed to bring that number down to 200ppm. Is that ok to use nitrogen and iron on the same week?? Or it’s better intercalate one for each week?? Arigato 🙏🏼
Official WASABI Moderator: There must be a reason why your nitrogen is alarmingly high. Ensure your tank's size and amount of fish/livestock is aligned with one another. If your nitrogen is high, skip dosing nitrogen and dose iron. However, I strongly recommend that you find out the root cause of those alarming nitrogen levels.

Official WASABI Moderator: This is dependent on a number of factors. If you have lots of hardscape and aqua soil, your actual water volume is not 60L. Hope this helps! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
Official WASABI Moderator: Phosphate is naturally occurring in all planted aquariums, so there's no need to add it. In a heavily planted tank, you need to remove the excess of phosphate to prevent algae outbreaks by doing weekly water changes or using something to remove it in your filtration, such as Seachem PhosBond. Hope this helps ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
@@MuhammadFaizan-jl4hp Official WASABI Moderator: You will need to access what plants you have, and are any melting or have melted and causing phosphate to leach out. You also need to look at your feeding schedules and amounts to your livestock as the food given to your fish has phosphate inside. The best be to control it is by doing a water change. Hope this helps!

Official WASABI Moderator: Hi Tummala! 1. Please check your water condition and hardness (pH). The pH should be around 6 to 7.5. Also check if you are adding fertilizer and ensuring only 4 hours of light per day if you have no CO2. 2. Please turn off your light entirely for 48 hours. Do 80% water change for these 2 days. You must have a filter, and a good filtration media such as Seachem Matrix. We hope this helps! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
