Absolutely stunning Spring Rolls! The air frier and your technique creates beautiful rolls. They appear deep fried, yet they are crispy and golden without the mess and heft of oil.
They still do the yellow sauce at the takeway in Gnosall, near Stafford. They add an extra twist to it. A tiny bit of hot chilli powder and the tiniest bit of crushed garlic. It's only subtle but gives a nice after glow.
Nice change from the triangle Samosas. I imagine more suited to dipping. Right i need some sleep now, been up all night binge watching through your videos. So this is Huddersfield signing off. Back soon. Peace.
Rik, you could pair these up with some made using Malabar chicken spring roll filling. I first started making them from scratch with the tawa fried roti skins and breadcrumbs etc, but its much easier to just use bought wrappers and they are still just as tasty.
