On a car-note though, just based on looks/ design, i do not understand how mercedes keeps getting it wrong with their EQ models.

Overpriced, but it looks sharp. Not a huge fan of the center display (BMW and Audi do it all much better). The capacitive controls are really annoying. Stick with physical buttons.
Newer Bmws have even less hard buttions than mercedes though. Ex, you have to go into the screen for ur heated or cooled seats where as theirs still hard buttons for that in the mercedes
@@Carfan678 I’m not really a fan of the capacitive buttons, per se. VW and Mercedes issues. A screen isn’t always a bad option, unless they do the UI poorly, like Dodge or Subaru. Whatever someone’s tastes are, y’know?
Jeremy Clarkson said it best as he described the styling of the Chrysler Crossfire... ditto for the GLC coupe.
I like the Brian test. I vote, keep it.

I really think this is on my short list for my next car…. Funny thing is they are small for America but in Europe last summer , these are huge compared to the micro cars they drive … the homes with little drive ways had toy size cars in them lol

but its not spacious...but again..looks cool 👍

Honestly bmw is destroying mercedes. Maybe not in sales but cars. This car and the suv version are slowly becoming like cheapo cars. Sigh

Too much for a small vehicle. I'll keep my TrailBoss with much more practicality. Picked it up for 35k. V8 and can still tow 10k. Lol.
I don't get the "coupe" SUV trend. A much less useful cargo area and more awkward styling. Lose-lose in my opinion.
Cost breakdown: $37,000 for a four cylinder car pretending to be an SUV. $30,000 for the Mercedes nameplate. Pass.

Completely agree...a product category that gives away the "SUV" segment one major advantage - station wagon levels of space with out the societal "stigma"...makes no sense tbh to me

Like a Pontiac Aztek and Honda Accord Crosstour had a baby. Needless to say it's fugly. The actual definition of coupe is two door, wow Mercedes...you don't even know the meaning of car terms.
