Thank you Matt Kahn! I felt compelled to write a letter to my ego after listening to this video. Acknowledging where it was deeply hurt many, many years ago, which put it on RED ALERT and caused it to be hyper vigilant, on the lookout for any threat of betrayal. Dear Matt,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a deeply personal part of my journey, one that has driven me to walk a path of transformation and service, and to express how much your guidance and support would mean to me as I embark on this mission.
From my earliest memories, I've been walking a path shaped by adversity. Growing up without a father and enduring the presence of a narcissistic stepfather who inflicted both physical and emotional pain upon me was a challenging experience. These early hardships forced me to confront the harsh realities of life and the impact they can have on our sense of self-worth and belonging.
In the midst of this darkness, I began to understand a fundamental truth: life is not merely about striving to DO more, as our thoughts often lead us to believe, but it is profoundly about BEING. It is about reconnecting with the love within our hearts, embracing our humanity, and recognizing that we are human BEINGS, not human doings.
This realization became the catalyst for my journey of inner transformation and self-discovery. I found solace and strength in the simple act of just BEING, of reconnecting with my inner essence and embracing the love and compassion that resides within me. It was from this place of profound inner healing that the idea for the Conscious Academy was born.
Conscious Academy is my vision of a movement that guides individuals in relieving the pressure of separation, both from themselves and from others. It is about helping people rediscover the communion within, enabling them to heal, grow, and live more authentically. It's a journey towards conscious living and genuine self-acceptance.
I'm writing to you today, Matt, because I deeply admire the wisdom and insights you bring to our paths of self-realization and service.
