What's awesome about the Lstar is how flexible it is. It's hipfire is severely underrated, and if you get the timing down to not overheat, it's an EXTREMELY effective sniper support weapon. I've won tons of fights this season already running Sentinel/Lstar.
I didn't really use it before it entered the care package because it was so weird, but now that it's out and with some practice from the last w seasons, the L Star has become my favorite weapon.
I've used the L star in 4 games so far this season and it feels so bad that's so weird.

I was surprised he put the spitfire and L star above rampage cuz it's just so good at putting out consistent dmg and the damage per mag is insanely high.
The 30 30 in A tier and the flatline in B tier is crazy
3030 should be s honestly run that shit with a r9 car use it for long range and finsh ya dinner up close with the hipfire its so good

Because this is the worst list you could possibly find this season. 30-30 is the best weapon in the game right now and if you watch ALGS or play in high elo lobbies you’ll notice that very quickly.

I think L-star + Mastiff is a crazy combo because the mastiff doesn't have to recrank the gun every time you shoot so you can literally shoot the L-star until near overheat, hotswap to the mastiff to pump out 1 shot then hot swap back to the Lstar on full cooldown and just keep shredding.
i feel like the real problem with the charge rifle this season is its lack of use. They tried to rework it so it more matches its predecessor from titanfall, but titanfall charge rifle was meant to hit very large titans, not people your size.
They need to cut the charge up time in half. It will still be garbage but not as bad

Not only devoting to hunting for attachments, but also being devoted to your shot. Once you pull the trigger you gotta commit to that wind up or you're screwed.
I think it could do with being in the care package again maybe when the prowler comes out it's feels like a bit too much of a liability for what should be a very strong lmg
@princefrostburn7423 completely agree. NOBODY uses the devotion anyway so it wouldn't be missed at all. Put it in the care pack with all the attachments is the way to go for sure

I agree. I honestly think the Rampage is a B tier weapon, then becomes A tier when ramped up
even as a rampage enjoyer i gotta agree that the gun is missing consistency, so often youre right on enemies yet it looks like bullets just fly by, as said in the vid. surely not a bad gun but well placed here.

A battle royale with randomized weapons should not have a "starter gun." They should make the P2020 stronger but maybe a bit harder to use so its a sort of "specialist" weapon, that being a high risk high reward/fun gun
I still think the p20 should carry hammerpoint and disrupters at the same time.
your right i was thinking the same think but that will mostly likey happen in the season that the p2020 receives its reactive skin since rn its a very mid weapon and respawn would want to "hype up" the p2020 reactive skin when it comes out

I’m on controller and I find the charge way better now and easier to use. The hit scan thing honestly just got in my way of shooting and line of sight and honestly I love how it is now. It’s an actual sniper instead of a weird laser with a crazy amount of recoil and a slower fire rate
It's crazy how the charge rifle basically turned into the spartan laser from Halo. Perhaps that was the inspiration. Although, the spartan laser is much better since hitting someone with it will usually kill them instantly

I think that as a control user the Eva-8 is absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it since short-range encounters are our forte
Pretty good list. However I thin Lstar needs to be in an even higher tier 😂 it is absolutely broken and if you aren't using it feels like you're limiting yourself. I mean the only thing they did was what take off disruptor and passthrough and then buff the whole gun? It's a menace and has no recoil, easy beams even with a 4x it feels like and im on controller with probably near average aim. Do you think it will be nerfed before midseasons patch?

If you wanna run the volt make sure you got good strafe and make sure you crack the enemy before hand and stay away from hipfire range against other smgs or you’re more likely to lose unless you hit headshots

A fun combo if you get the hops is alt with disruptor and re-45 hammer point. One does more shield other more health DMG
Sounds nice in theory but you'll burn through light ammo quick.
Ive been using the havoc for a couple seasons now and i win so many fights with it its insane. The clip is just massive even with a blue mag

One thing interesting about havoc is its best magazine capacity, it allows u to kill enemies with lower accuracy. and longbow really need more head shoot dammage when enemies have high level helmets.

i just picked up the LStar today for the first time all season and i haven’t put it down. what have i been thinking?! hahah playing with teammates all running SMGs and LStars i felt like we were a swarm of locusts just bowling over every team we saw. holy cow.

Ive been rocking the Flatline since launch and Havoc since it dropped. I just like to know which to take to fight the meta better and if im taking a PK or Sentinel as my second
R99 seems to have gotten a silent buff to the spread. I can hit my shots better with it now.
Just downed a full red shield pathfinder with just a blue mag.
I think the p2020 would be alright if they gave it select fire and made it a 3 round burst like a pocket hemlock

Even with the rampage being d tier, it's really good for damage farming with the 26 damage per bullet and it helped me get my first 4K using it end game after switching off a pk for it. Car pk off rip with 9 kills 2.5 then I just went to damage farm and got 11 kills so I ended that game off with my 1000th kill on horizon and my first 4k. Fun times

L-Star off drop/early game has clutched a number of fights for me so far.
I've been finding a shit ton of hop ups this season tho tbh, i see disruptor&skullpiercer almost every game. So ive been running PK&longbow-30/30, the longbow w/skullpiercer is cracking for me this season...96-120 headshots have nvr been so easy.
If i can't find disruptor then i go Car all the way. The easier recoil and flexibility with the ammo/mags puts it over the R-99 for me personally.
L-Star definitely slaps. R301 used to be my fav back when the game first released. Haven't been able to use it effectively more recently though.

the moment i went to firing range after season 19 patch, and i picked up the lstar to try it, i said its fking broken and its back to season 10 L-star, except that back then r301 and flatline were crazy, but now they are both nerfed and the rest of the "good" weapons are bursts, L-star is currently the single op consistant med-long range weapon that is not a carepackage weapon and it will be nerfed next season if not before that.
Im happy u gave the havoc the respect it deserves. Its been my fav gun since day 1 and i see some people put it in C/D tier. I feel u underated the G7, and the volt in C tier damn...
With all the strong AR’s I would love to see see the 301 get a small buff so that it’s a contender again.

I would swap the Sentinel and Longbow personally. The Sentinel does have a higher damage output, but the Longbow has a FASTER damage output +SP and a larger mag.

ive been running just a 3030 with either x2 or 2-4x scope. no secondary. on a hell of a win streak
HAVOC is A-Tier definitely.
Used 301 all the time. Now the L stars on the ground, more damage per body shot and headshot than the 301, the recoil pattern is literally just straight up. So yeah. Best gun rn
L-Star and Sentinal is OP. L-star can do medium and close range as long as the opponent doesn’t one clip you with an smg you will win when they have to reload. Then the Sentianl for long range as nothing competes (except kraber).

If you told me in season 0 of apex that the Mozambique & the R-301 Would be in the same tier, I would probably burp up a blue pixie.
L-Star has always been the best weapon to me, dueling with somebody and pouncing the second they have to stop to reload nets you a lot of kills 😁
The charge rifle is goated now. Way better than sentinel tbh, more shots and honestly I just find the charge up thing pretty easy to use. Might just be me though cause I used to play shooter games like Halo or Warframe with charge weapons
The flatline is either a s tier/ a tier. Overall any gun is good if you have good aim.
My loadout this season Nemesis or L Star & PK. I’ll take the new wingman over the PK if I can find it.
Yo maybe it’s just me but I’ve always loved the Re since the start of the game I will pick that up over every smg most times
I still feel like conduit should get a buff to her ult I feel like it’s alittle too slow compared to most legends when you activate it idk it could just be me but I feel like it’s alittle bit too slow
Charge Rifle is so good in TF2 ... there's no drop off, you don't lose speed when charging it up and it's a 1 shot kill!
What if they add the TC on charge rifles?
Only one I maybe kind of disagree with is the pk. I seem to just kill move with mastiff regardless of disruptor rounds

Or a Care Package R-99/Alternator/CAR with Both Distruptor and Hammerpoint rounds equipped?
I feel like the mastiff should have hammerpoints. I think that will put it closer to the pk without changing how the gun feels
The mastiff can hit for 102 to the body and like 144 to the head🤦 if they added hammer point it would be beyond broken
@gavinross8104 ? The mastiff now hits for 88 to the body at most... with hammerpoints I'd like to see it hit for 99 or 110
@@noncept my bad the list I was looking at for it's damage is a few months old but either way the mastiff does not need a buff or hammer point. Shit like this is what ruins games, people think that a balanced gun with a low pick rate is bad when it's actually very balanced but all the other guns it's compared to aren't balanced. Instead of buffing the mastiff to make it closer to the pk just nerf the pk
@@gavinross8104 smgs are def more viable rn since finding a pk is difficult making another shotgun better would def help but this should come with eva 8 and mozambique buffs
@@MatthewClapp I'm gonna have to disagree, smg are good close and in-between close and mid range but if you miss a shot or two then a shotgun is gonna tear you apart. Landing 3 good body shots with a mastiff will kill anything where smgs take a full mag to kill someone and usually need an extended mag to do so. Both guns have their situations where they're better but I don't think that means that the shotgun class needs a buff

I actively hate shatter on the bow. I can hit a charged sentinel headshot at any range. High damage/high risk plays like that are the only way MnK wins...

Had to stop watching when he put Flatline in B. Volt in C, sure makes sense I guess for the most part depsite it being an easy gun to use and being really solid off drop or with a laser sight. R-301 in C? Kinda insane tbh, it feels bare minimum B despite its nerfs throughout the seasons. Get a bruiser and an even a white mag and most people can still go crazy with it. Flatty in B? Fr? 1 in 3 to 5 death boxes I see has a Flatline and I see more beams with that gun than most in the game once you learn the recoil. Plus it's hipfire is very good. Only real knock to it imo is its iron sights.
Had to add that I know Volt is in the crafter for the first half of the season, so I understand that knocks it down further imo
My go to is Hemlok on single fire and Eva-8 or Re 45 🔥🔥🔥

Mozambique is one of the rarest weapon which did consistence Damage over all other weapons, if u hit: 45 Dmg always, beside this fact, u also can shot on mid range solid with 45 dmg AND a visionblock, which means, the enemy got some trackingproblems, if he got shoot from a mozam, because of the projectile. so i would go for a b Tier MINIMUM. its really concistent weapon
