How to add 2 cards at a time

When i upload the code 1st time, when i put the card they unlock and when i put the card 2nd time they are not working.
After that when i re-upload the code they work 1st time only.
Please bro tell me how to solve this problem.
Use seprate battery for solenoid lock. (because it consum more power and arduino got stuck)
