You are exactly right, Filipino love malls. Each major cities have SM City mall. And 3 largest malls in the world are in Manila. Majority of Pinoys don't have an AC houses that is why malls are crowded every single day just to hang out and enjoy the cool place. Enjoy the Philippines!
We thought that may be the case. That’s super interesting! The malls here in the UK sometimes have cinemas/arcades etc but definitely nothing on the Filipino ones! And we also used the malls as an escape from the heat…we can totally see how people come for some AC and good food 😁

Manam is a Filipino "with a twist" restaurant though. Their sinigang has watermelon on them, so it's sweeter than the normal sinigang. Usually we just use a "sinigang mix" (processed powder flavoring) when we cook sinigang at home since it's so much more convenient.

Sinigang is traditionally made from tamarind that gives the broth the tangy taste. The breadcrumbs topping the sisig you are referring to is actually chicharon (pork rind). Great vlog.
