man this is some great listening really appreciate the share, i spend a lot of time still enjoying decent Ozzy interviews at 39yo now, ive listened to official Black Sabbath and Ozzy now my entire life but my one thing this being back in 97 i cant be too sure the exact year he appeared on the cover of Hit Parader magazine, anyways in that interview i remember a lot being said about the Ozzfest line up and all that, i listen to this interview and think back knowing he a very eccentric man anyways but was he having a relapse during this exact time or na?, lol, this was a great interview and im gonna check out the backstory too, again thanks a mill for putting this up to share
Rumors were whether true or not was that they didn't want to give ward an even share. So they get a drummer for hire for far less. I can believe it but I also believe at a certain point ward couldn't handle a long tour. I think the money thing was right around this time and bill not being able to tour came later. (I think😁) Not 100% on time table.
Bill Ward had to council his own tour promoting Accountable Beast for health problems and claims it was their fault Bill Ward recently admitted he wasn't able to pull off his chops to play a live tour for Black Sabbath.
I loved it...it is hilarious and very interesting. I met him at a Borders and he signed mine for me. Gave him my guitar playing demo. He was cool and much taller than I thought he'd be
@@davidreffett3492 I'm about a 1/3 way through the book..Enjoying it so far...But some things he remembers a bit too well a little too specific to be true..This would make a great movie.
