    "I hear no air leaking...."
I left the valve core in the compression tool on my first valve stem seals swap ever and the valve ALMOST fell all the way into the cylinder. It literally got stuck on the valve stem seal. Hahah.
    Rookie mistake.
Great video! Can't wait to hear how the new cam sounds in the next video.

Haha. I am wondering if that's what the silly little runner band on all the valves is for is to keep then from falling down in if like the keeps broke or something

Thanks. Yeah doing a cam was something I've wanted to do for a couple years now.

subbed!! I want to hear a success story when it comes to flat tappet lifters. I really don't want to go roller if I dont have to.

I've been told stick with gm lifters and do the break in correctly and it'll be fine. I'm still working on finishing editing the second video but man does she sound awesome. I can't wait to post it up. Imma do some short videos on it as well.

You can put screw in studs in while the heads are on in the bay I did it there’s a alignment block you pull one out tap the hole put the screw in one in then do the other and you don’t gotta mill the boss down just gotta get the right studs

I don't wanna invest the money on these stop poop heads. I may do a vortec head swap in the future or get a nice set of new aluminum heads but I just drive it around to enjoy it and it ran plenty good enough. I mostly wanted to do a cam for the chop and just to pick up a little performance.

I hear ya man I just built my first sbc 350 luckily the motor I got had 441 heads that were redone port and polished not to long ago but whoever put the rockers on stripped a lot of the studs some how so I had no choice but to pull them and put screw in ones in and didn’t wanna pay a shop so I found a video and went at it trying to rebuild the whole truck myself except the trans lol I don’t wanna even try that yet
