@@dav1dgear Nope! It's the heat that kills the bacteria. Use an istant read thermometer to see if it's the correct internal temp. Chicken generally does lose the pink at temp, but pork may not. It's probably why so many of us have had dry, tough pork. Also, duck breast is often pink in the middle at medium. The closer to the bone you get on poultry, the more pink it gets because of the minerals in the bone that leach out. You do not want that gooey "raw" look, but you'll only get that if you haven't used a thermometer. It's a good investment for your kitchen. I don't cook meat without one. Jab it into the thickest part of the meat and trust the science!
Fruits and veggies only equals crash diet. You will gain everything back as soon as you start eating normally and lose all muscles while in the meantime. Please do some research or get a nutritionist. Protein rich diets are best to keep you full without cravings while losing weight.
