You can do all the ab exercises in the world, that's not gonna give you a visible "six pack".
You have to cut calories to get a six pack. And if you're only 12, I wouldnt recommend cutting calories (unless you eat nothing but garbage).
Just be very active, and eat a lot of healthy food.
